They don’t deserve a single star for the way they take advantage of customers. I went in for an oil change and had two different employees ask me what oil I wanted. I told both the same thing, checked out and didn’t think about it until I got home and my husband asked why my oil change was over $100. He looked at the receipt and found they had put a higher grade and more expensive oil in my car.

I’ve taken my cars here a few times, but this last visit was disappointing. I brought my white car in for an oil change and a few other services. When they brought it out, I noticed several oily handprints on the rear quarter panel, door handle, and even the inside of the door panel. I asked the tech if he had something to clean it, and instead of using a proper cloth, he started rubbing the oil into the paint with a dirty shop towel. I asked him to stop, but he just looked at me with confusion. Not exactly the level of care or attention to detail I expect. I spent just under $300 for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation, and air filter replacement and they didn’t even fill my washer fluid, even though I was charged $10 for “shop supplies.” I’m not sure what those supplies covered, because nothing was cleaned or topped off. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the quality of service this time.

The front desk is professional and knowledgeable. She gave me a discount on the filters since I wasn’t expecting that. The employees working on vehicles are good. There is a lot of cursing and joking around between the employees working on the vehicles so as long as you’re fine with that the place is fine to receive service from.

The guys at 7210 Six Forks Rd are the greatest. First, I pulled up at 550pm thinking they closed at 7, but they actually close at 6, when I said I could come back another day, they said pull around, we can do it. They then gave me options on which oil to use and explained why. They also inquired about my check engine light, and gave suggestions on that. And they did all of that at a price that made me glad I didn’t do it myself, and they all smiled the entire time, even when it was a little after 6pm when they finished. It was a great experience and took less than 20 minutes. These are car guys, not just people working a job at an oil change place. I’ll be back with my other vehicles soon. Thanks guys.
