Glenwood Village Tire Pros literally saved me hundreds of dollars, in the space of about 30 minutes. My car was 'stranded' - on the street with a totally flat tire, so that I could not drive it. I had no spare tire. After calling them Tire Pros was there in about 10 minutes. They brought a compressor and filled the tire - no tow necessary! I was prepared to buy two new tires - and these are quite expensive 'speed rated' tires (the only kind that fit my BMW with offset tire sizes). Tire Pro, however, offered to patch the tire instead, which they did, in about 15 minutes! I was very very happy with their super friendly attitude and great skill. I was back on the road in no time, for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. GV Tire Pros have won my devotion, big time!

Great place for State inspection! Professional, personable, thoughtful! And knowledgeable! Was thrilled to learn that my 20-year-old car no longer is required to pass emissions standards. I took my Lexus in for a radiator replacement and was told it could be done; however, I was called the next day to inform me it would cost me $800 more than previously quoted...I decided to pick it up and just take it to the Lexus dealership where the cost for replacement was much lower... nothing was done to my car but my service bill was $116. it would have been great if they could have at least tap my engine coolant for that price....I expected better customer service.

I went to Glenwood Village Exxon for my annual car inspection. I made the appt. for 12:00 and when I arrived, they took my car right into a garage bay and started the inspection. There was no wait time and car got immediate attention. It was discovered that my battery did not pass inspection. Time for a new one which they had available and installed it quickly. The service and friendliness was great! I highly recommend these guys!

I was referred by a friend to go to Mavis Tires and have my car repaired. My car was making a knocking noise and I was told that it was the rod stabilizer. After it was fixed and I was ready to check out I was informed my car was still making the knocking noise and that it was the struts that was making the noise. When I asked, why didn’t they say that from the beginning instead of me wasting money on something that is not the problem and the reason why I came. In addition, the stabilization rod will be bent again because the main issue was not fixed which I was told is the struts.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I feel ripped off and lied too!!!!!

I’m an independent auto repair shop owner near Pittsburgh, Pa. I was traveling through the area when I picked up a bolt stuck in my LR tire. I chose Glennwood Village tire Pros because I could see he was an independent repair shop. When I pulled in and told him what happened he sent one of his techs out to look at it. Before I knew it he had it off the car and was repairing it. He had the tire repaired and we were on our way in about 30 min. Wade did the job very well and was well trained on the correct way to patch a tire. That area of Raleigh is very lucky to still have people that care and do the job right. Thanks again. Keep it up!

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead to ask for pricing on an oil change and tire rotation, gave the year, make, and model of my car, and was quoted $60. That seemed low, so I double-checked what was included and was clear about what I needed. I made an appointment based on that quote. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, they initially told me they couldn’t fit me in due to a staffing issue and asked me to come back another day. I explained I had an appointment and needed the work done today. They reluctantly agreed to “squeeze me in,” acting like they were doing me a favor. An hour later, I go to pay and am told my total is $205. I was shocked. I reminded them I had been quoted $60 for the services I asked about. They ended up taking $60 off the total, but still blamed me for not knowing the cost of full synthetic oil, despite the fact that I asked for pricing based on my specific vehicle. Unprofessional, misleading, and untrustworthy. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend this place.

I grew up using this service station and my folks who still live close use it all the time and love Bryan and his team. Today I popped a tire going to visit my parents and pulled in to the station in the rain with 3 kids. They were slammed but said they’d fit me in. They made sure I had someone to come get me since it wouldn’t be fixed right away. Always excellent customer service. I got a call back 2 hours later that my car was ready to go, fixed at a reasonable price. This place is the same as it was in 1998 when we started coming here - reliable and trustworthy.

I was visiting from Georgia and when I arrived in Raleigh I had a mishap with tire that made it unrepairable. I called them at 4:30 on a Friday, asked them if they had or could get my brand of tire and they didn't hesitate to help and made it happen. I went the next morning, on Saturday and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were very helpful in a stressful situation (my husband was not with me on this trip) and didn't hesitate to help find the tire I needed to match the others. The pricing was also within my budget. I highly recommend them! Great job!!
