If you from Brockton you know this as the southside car wash. They deff outdid they self with the renovations free vac free towels. The wash does a great job left my slingshot and car spotless and the tire shine is amazing.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! A1 service everytime I come by, exceptional customer service Malick and Bamba go out their way to make sure my truck is clean to perfection- they even give me spray and help at times when I’m in a rush!!!!

Love this place! The people that work there are friendly which is a plus. A lot of spaces to vacuum the car and the vacuums work great. I love that the fact that I can scrub and wash my mats!

I am coming back to bubblebay only because of Malick he is very good at his job and my car always gets cleaned great when he is here. If Malick leaves I’m going to a different car wash because the workers need constant direction from Malik this is why my car always looks good . Worst experience service. I was in the line to wait my turn to wash my car and accidentally I pushed the car brake because my son was crying. So the guy who works there , he just hit the car with his hand and heard his ring hitting the car. After the machine finish washing the car , I went to meet with him and let him know to be careful with his ring. He doesn't understand me and he showed me attitude , he was saying something about Jesus , he was so mad with me. I said i am a costumer and just be careful with my car !! I have friend from Haiti but this guy doesn't respect at all.

I Have had a membership with this company since they started their membership. I have not had many problems until recently. The last few times that I have gone through the car wash half of my truck gets washed , but half does not. Today , I specifically asked for the tailgate and underneath to get washed , because I paid for the full membership. When I came out, the tailgate was still only half washed.The bottom of the doors were not even touched because a machine was not working.And no tire shine on any of my tires , as I have paid for in the past. In addition , I have noticed that dirt was still coming off of my front bumper area. If this continues , I am getting ready to cancel my subscription. Needless to say I was happy in the past. However , I am starting to become unhappy. I truly hope this gets resolved or I may be forced to cancel my subscription.
