I came to Bucky’s to get a few lug nuts replaced after being referred by Discount Tire down the street. I was greeted by Blake, who was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator. Three lug nuts needed to be replaced, and he and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently. Blake even went above and beyond by rotating my tires at no extra charge. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the way he took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely comfortable talking with him, which says a lot these days. Thank you, Blake, for your outstanding service and genuine care for your customers. You’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

i'm not one to leave negative reviews since i believe every place can just be different for everyone but i just had to say that we will never take our car here again. i don't know a whole bunch of "car specific" details, my husband knows more but all i know is that we drop off our car to get fixed, tell them the issues its having, wait forever for a response, they tell us they can't even look at the cars issues because something is not working properly, say it's 800$ to even LOOK at the issue, we press, they lower it to 600$ (magically?), we say fine. they fix the problem and look at our car, say it'll be another 500+$ to fix the actual problem, we're reluctant but say okay. (this is our whole budget for fixing our car too btw) we get our car back on monday because they fix it and let us know 3 minutes before they close for the weekend. we get it back and notice grease stains all over the passenger seat (fabric, light gray seats) and then notice our glove compartment is literally broken! it won't close properly and half of it is falling off the bottom. we think, what the heck? but oh well the car is fixed so we're good. NOPE. the car is having the same issues it was having before! is it illegal to charge someone 1,100+$ to not even fix the problem we came in with and damage our car in the process?? mind you, again, this was OUR WHOLE BUDGET. we now do not have any money left to fix our car. my husband doesn't want to go back and confront them because 1. what are they going to do? 2. he doesn't want them near our car again. anyway, i'm very disappointed. i knew they overpriced but i thought they'd atleast treat our car with respect and do the job. i would be careful and wary of taking your car to this place if it has a serious problem unless you're willing to spend a lot of money for mediocre service. take it to "The Garage" on Sunset. They price reasonably and will actually talk to you like a person about your vehicle. Shout out to them :)

I normally don’t write reviews (and I know a lot of people say that, but it’s true), but I’m beyond impressed with the customer service at Bucky’s. They got me in right away, called me immediately to explain what needed to be fixed with my car, and were so informative throughout the process. When I arrived, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. It’s always hard to find a mechanic who is open, honest, and trustworthy, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. I highly recommend Bucky’s to anyone who needs their car serviced!

After going to another shop and not being satisfied with their customer service, I went to Bucky’s for a bent axle on my Toyota Forerunner Blake the manager was courteous, accommodating, and straightforward. I decided to have my truck Repaired at Bucky’s. Best decision of my life they took the time to call me and keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. They did it in a timely fashion, and they worked with USAA insurance, which is no easy feat! I think that anyone who needs work done on their vehicle call Bucky’s and see what they can do for you. I’m completely satisfied and will bring my truck back again.

Took my BRZ in late afternoon a couple days ago..in calling found out they weren't super busy currently and got me right in. They replaced a wheel stud that Discount Tire had damaged during a recent new set of tires. I really appreciate all the time they took to make sure that my front air dam didn't get damaged as they drove it up onto the lift. Blake and his crew were awesome and would highly recommend the shop !

On or around June 26th of 2025 . I took my Chevy spark into this location . For an oil pressure sensor repair . And I even purchased the part and brought it in for them to do the repair . Immediately after the repair the car started smoking which it never did Prior to me coming into this location . I called this location back they asked me to Tow It in and bring it back because they don’t know why it’s smoking everything checked out fine . Well Upon parking my car & a mechanic from another shop looking at it . The ENGINE coolant temperature sensor was unplugged & I had Blew a head gasket . I’m beyond upset because everything on my car was working fine just need a sensor replacement prior to taking my car to THIS Bucky location so I thought . WELL upon replacing the head gasket . THE OIL PRESSURE sensor that I paid this Shop to replace WAS broken and still inserted into the part where the oil pressure sensor Goes . So NOT only did you charge me 200 & something dollars you still broke the sensor and installed it ? THIS IS BEYOND negligent. And yet they have not reached out to make anything right after leaving message after message

My vehicle has 191 thousand miles on it ... I had some work done in regards to a small oil leak (about a month ago) as well as just 2 days ago my exhaust fan went out ... I was so impressed (both visits) with their attention to detail and knowledge ... 10/10. The costs were reasonable ... ZERO complaints ... will 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone

Initially went in for an oil change because I had a coupon - went back because of the good service and reasonable costs. Today I went in because I thought my headlights were quite dim. Blake took me aside and told me my headlamps had just burned out and to go get new ones from an auto supply place and bring them back and he would just put them in for me - super nice, and put them in at no charge. the guy's in the garage are friendly too. Just a good vibe kind of place. I will totally be back for oil change and possible tune up in the future or if any other issues come up.

PUBLIC WARNING – UNPAID COURT JUDGMENT & VEHICLE DAMAGE I am posting this as a serious warning to the public about Bucky’s Complete Auto. This business damaged my vehicle, refused to take responsibility, and forced me to take legal action. Three and half months ago, Bucky’s Complete Auto LOST in King County District Court. The court ruled in my favor. Despite: *Losing in court *Being legally ordered to pay *Receiving a formal demand letter Bucky’s Complete Auto has STILL NOT PAID the judgment. This is not a misunderstanding. This is willful non-payment after a court loss. Their behavior shows a complete disregard for: *Customer property *The legal system *Basic business ethics Any shop willing to: Ruin a customer’s vehicle, force that customer into court, lose the case, then ignore the judgment, cannot be trusted with anyone’s car. I am sharing this publicly to protect other consumers and to make it clear that I will continue to warn the public until this judgment is satisfied. If you are considering using Bucky’s Complete Auto, understand that you may have no recourse even if you win in court. This review will remain public until the court-ordered payment is made.

I went into this buckys with windshield wipers that stopped working completely and left with windshield wipers that fully functioned !! I was helped immediately, I’d say I sat there for about 10 minutes in total waiting time, if that. The guys were super nice , I wish I could remember their names but the one in the office put on a movie for my 3 year old daughter while we waited without me even asking. So thoughtful and accommodating! All the work they put into my car to fix my windshield wipers was free of charge and they also did a great job on explaining what my situation was and how to avoid it. Overall very helpful and I will be going back if I ever have more car issues.

I had a great experience at Bucky’s in Renton. The service was simple, fast, and exactly what I asked for. I had the mufflers deleted on my Mercedes S550, and I told them I didn’t want it to be too loud—they got it just right. My exhaust was hitting the underside of my car after going over a speed bump. Blake, the manager, was able to get me in right away and one of the mechanics diagnosed it within a very short time. We ended up at Bucky’s in Renton unexpectedly with no appointment and a truck issue that turned out to be serious. From the moment we walked in, Blake and the team were incredible. They were honest, calm, and focused on safety first. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what the risks were, and what needed to be done, without pressure or upselling. My wife, our newborn, and our kids were with me, and they genuinely made sure we were taken care of and informed every step of the way. It honestly felt like working with someone I’ve known and trusted for years. That kind of transparency and care is rare. I live in Enumclaw and will absolutely go out of my way to bring vehicles here. While they are more of a general shop and deeper diesel work may need a specialist, for anything else this team has earned my business. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Blake and the whole crew at Bucky’s. You guys did everything right when it mattered.

On my pickup, had a leak from crack in transfer case fill plug due to over-tightening by another oil change shop. Which rendered my truck not-drivable. Bucky's-Renton worked with the oil change shop, tracked down the part and completed the work quickly. Very knowledgable and friendly service. I'll definitely use them again.
