I honestly waited a while before giving this review, hoping to offer this dealership an opportunity to change my opinion, but at this point I've been dealing with issue after issue and I'm so tired of chasing them to correct their mistakes. Long story short, I bought a used 2022 Kia Sorento earlier this year and they damaged it during a service appointment on TWO separate occasions. First Issue: I got suckered into adding a Xylan coating to my new used car during time of purchase, which they scheduled weeks after the sale. Aside from them giving me a really hard time about a loaner car when the job took 3 days to complete, they returned it to me damaged. Apparently they didn't properly remove the trim around the windows before spraying the exterior, so the finish on the trim was all bubbled and ruined. It took 2 months of me advocating for them to fix the issue before they finally agreed to replace it. Mind you, I had to show up to the dealership three times after calling and leaving several messages with NO response or call back before they took me seriously. *The interior spray was also poorly done and I have drip marks all over the inside of my doors to this day* Second Issue: After they replaced the trim, when I picked up my car there were STILL issues (ugh) - least of all, they hadn't cleaned any of the tacky adhesive used to attach the trim so it was all over my car doors around the windows - major issue was that when the trim was installed they SCRATCHED MY CAR and the TRIM IS COMING OFF!! I couldn't believe this wasn't over yet. I told someone about it before I even drove off the lot and they said they would follow up. That was almost 4 weeks ago. I've called several times but no one answers the phone. I'm still trying to get a hold of someone. I don't recommend buying a car from this place. I felt totally disregarded after they had my sale, like my satisfaction didn't matter beyond buying the car. They totally ruined my car within the first month and I'm sooo unhappy with my experience. I would love to update this review with something positive, but if I'm being honest, I don't feel like they care enough to be accountable.

My KIA Soul had two recall repair notices and not only was it completed in under four hours but I received amazing customer service. Five stars to Service Advisor Caiden Summers in the service department. Caiden was professional, thoughtful and kind from start to finish. This is where I purchased my 2017 KIA Soul and it’s after-warranty but I was treated extremely well by Caiden. My car looked beautiful inside and out!

He was incredibly patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. His customer service skills really stood out - he was professional yet personable, which made what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable. I had a terrible experience at Go Kia Renton. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and dealt with an advisor named Caiden. He was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Even though I was previously promised a loaner vehicle for service appointments, Caiden refused to provide one. First, he claimed loaners were only for "high-cost" services, and then he changed his excuse to saying they didn't have any left. I was left stranded to wait 5 hours on a workday. When I asked for a simple drop-off and pick-up, he refused. After practically requesting so many times, he reluctantly gave me a one-way shuttle home (which was 12 miles away), acting like he was doing me a huge favor because their limit is supposedly 10 miles. Because he refused to arrange a return trip, I was forced to spend $80 on a cab just to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. Extremely poor customer service and misleading promises. Avoid this service department if you value your time and money.

My husband and I stopped by KIA Renton on our way back from a dealership in Bellevue—our plan was just to check their inventory in case we could find something, since my old car was falling apart due to age or other issues. To our surprise, we ended up getting a new car, and it was a great experience! Big thanks to Sofiya, who was incredibly patient with us as we were very budget-conscious. It was only her second day at the Renton dealership (she had just come from the Tacoma location), but she handled everything so professionally and kindly. Also thank you to Mo, her manager, for working with us on the budget, and to the F&I manager for making the process smooth. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for a car!

I just purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento from Go Kia Renton and it was the most positive car purchase experience I’ve had in 66 years! I did a lot of research and was very set on the exact car that I wanted. There was only one left in Washington and it was at Go Kia Renton. My friend and I went by to see it but I was experiencing some ill effects from my crash almost a month earlier and we had to leave before I could see it. My sales person, Jesus Abad was very understanding and there was absolutely NO pressure. Soon after I received a very nice text from his Sales Mgr., Muhannad Rabah to see if there was anything they could do to help me with the sale. I circled back with them a few days later and they were very fair in working with me on the price before I even went back in. There were NO sleazy sales tactics that have left a bad taste in my mouth from previous car buying at other dealers, just a fair, consistent, clear-cut explanation of my out-the-door purchase price. I was greeted at the dealership by Jesus and Muhannad, who were both so warm and friendly. My experience there was painless and stress-free. I was treated with only courtesy and respect. The Finance Mgr, Zaid Alnsour was very pleasant and placed no stress on me (as I’ve experienced in the past and was fully prepared for), but simply explained each option available and the potential importance of each to me. The car was ready for me in a meticulous state. Jesus gave me a thorough tutorial of the car and I celebrated with him and the other Kia staff with a ringing of the bell and a room full of cheers. I even texted him afterward a number of times and he was very patient with me in answering further questions that I had. And I LOVE my Kia Sorrento!!!! If you are looking to buy a Kia, visit Go Kia Renton. You will be fairly treated, well taken care of and you’ll come out with an amazing car and a happy heart!
