Budzeck's knows what's going on with your VW and fixes it correctly. They diagnosed a very esoteric transmission problem and did a timing belt, water pump, tension-er replacement on my 2004, 1.8 T Passat wagon. Car runs great now and they even fixed little extras like my headlight wiring and coolant. All done in a 24 hour rush for less than the quote. Thanks Bonnie!! Customer for life!

Since I left the Springfield, MA area I have been looking for a new mechanic. I used to go to Walt's Brothers. Excellent mechanics. I was very impressed with the candidness of the shop and how quickly they were able to repair my car. My catalytic converter had not quite gone, but the mesh piece had gotten a tear in it. They said I could have someone weld a piece of metal over the mesh and call it a day but I chose to fix it. They were very reasonably priced and much cheaper than any dealership I have heard of. I plan on taking my car back to them if I need anymore work done.

I've always loved a Volkswagen. I bought my first Volkswagen in 1985 as a senior at NFA and I've owned one periodically through the years. I've trusted Budzeck's to fixing my cars ever since. No matter what the problem they have quickly and most importantly, competently fixed my cars. They are super nice people who know what they're doing. When the day comes again I get into another Volkswagen they will e the place I go to for any repairs.

Top notch best of the best work. They replaced my clutch and a few odds and ends in 3 hours. They were an hour away but we’ll worth the drive - the VW specialist 5 minutes down the road wanted $1300 more for the job. Bonnie is great too.
