Thought I was going to have a great job done by them but after 5 times of bringing it back to them it still looked as bad as the first time. Nothing lined up and the paint was terrible and looked like a orange peel would not recommend them to anyone.

Took my 2017 Corolla in to have 2 scratches repaired. Mr McBride said no problem, we'll repair that. Came back and it looked like a 5yr old had taken his paint and just painted over the scratches. Was not blended and looked about as bad as the original damage! I was misled in thinking they would do a quality job. Was not told the truth and will NEVER do business with this company again.

Took in my Rav4 to repair a fender bender. The staff are very professional and helpful. They told me upfront what could and could not be done through the insurance and took care of everything. Be very careful with the owner of Bulldawg Collision (BC). He will try to take advantage of you. A couple of weeks ago, I got into a small fender bender with a nice lady. Since the damage was minuscule to her vehicle, I decided to get it fixed for her myself outside of insurance since my deductible was so high. The facility of BC has two separate companies working within it, but there are no signs or indicators that relay that information to customers. The facility itself just has a huge "Bulldawg Collision" sign on it, and the owner takes advantage of that little known fact. I spoke with a painter myself in there, and he gave me a quote of $200 for a spot repair. The next week, I went to the main office, spoke with the owner of the facility, told him that I was quoted a price (and I gave him the name of the person who quoted me said price), and I told him that the lady was going to drop off the car later that day so it could be worked on. The owner never mentioned to me that the person who quoted me the price did not work for him. He did not tell me about the two separate businesses. He didn't call me to let me know that the vehicle had arrived, and he didn't quote me a price after seeing the damage. He never got my signature on any document saying that I was quoted a price and that I was willing to pay. He did however, ask his painter to see if he knew about the car, to which his painter said no. He then asked his assistant manager, and he said no. Knowing that it wasn't his job, the owner just started working on the car. The person that quoted me the price came to look for the car, but they already started working on it, and there was nothing he could do. In the end, he ended up charging me $976 for the job and he wouldn't lower the price or give me the keys until I paid him. The next day, when I came to negotiate the price, he wasn't even there; he wasn't going to be in the facility for another 5 days. I had to explain it to the assistant manager; he understood my plight, but he could only reduce it to $900 since it wasn't his job. TLDR; A $200 repair was turned into a $976 repair because the owner stole the job from the painter that I had spoken to.

*BEWARE OF THE STICKER PRICE.* I used Bulldog to do a very simple job. I thought I was getting a good price. However this was not the result. They were to replace the qtr panel (a few nuts and bolts) do a minor door repair ( sand and repaint) they said it would be done in 4 days. I thought that was excessive but no problem it is what it is right? We leave the car and get our rental. Well 4 days turned into 11 days and an additional 600+ in car rental fees. They refused to compensate me stating it was the holiday season. That is simply not true. The car was dropped off in late November after thanksgiving with the promise of 4 days. We didnt get a quote in june and then comeback this month. I also own a business and when these things happen i always compensate my clients. I guess being a man of your word is just not common practice here. It would have been cheaper to just have the dealership fix the damage.

Took my car in for some light sanding and added parts. Once I picked it up, first it wasn't cleaned, looked like it came straight out of the sanding booth. Second they had to take off my rear bumper, only to get there and see spidering in thr plastic bumper cover from taking it off. Then tell me......uh it was like that when it came in. I think I'd know my car more than them. If it was ike that prior I would of had them fix that's also. So when I got it home and washed it, I could see all of the imperfections in the paint. I called them and they would only charge me half price to fix the imperfections, im like uhhhh no!! I'd never take my vehicle there ever!!!

I stop by bulldawg collision a little over 2 weeks ago for an estimate, there was a small amount of damage on the right side of my vehicle it wasn’t large but it wasn’t appealing to my liking so I received the estimate and felt that it was fair, so the next day I dropped of the vehicle and what a job. Very happy with the results. Bulldawg did an excellent job and the clean up of the interior was an added bonus. Very happy.

I had my car fixed here after an accident a while back and bull dawg repaired my car. They did an amazing job. Fast forward to 2025 and someone hit my car. They were the first people I thought of. Robin, gerry and their crew are incredible people. Robin helped me with every step of the way with insurance and gerry took me step by step with my car's repairs. Their professionalism was 2 steps beyond my expectations. Can't recommend them enough!
