It was both a pleasure and and a surprise to get such a great service with a decent price. I had four tires installed and four wheel alignment done. Harry and his team were kind, fast and informative. I highly recommend them. --- Update... I wrote above comment just after I left the shop yesterday evening. While I was going home I heard some metallic clicking sound from the front.. I called them today 8 am and they told me to come in. I kept hearing the sound while driving this morning as well. In half an hour they found the problem and fixed it. It is clear that something was not done properly yesterday. It happens. They owned the issue and solved it quickly. This place will be our family's go to place for regular maintenance. Its a place of no BS, just honest decent job.

I needed 4 new tires and Tire Pros Burbank offered the best price. Spoke with Harry and he ordered the tires best suited for my car. The tires were delivered the next day and we made an installation appointment for the following day. I dropped off my car at 8am and picked it up at 10am. Tire pros Burbank is a great choice for a competitive price, in my case the lowest price, great service and quick as well but mostly because it was a simple and pleasant experience.

Finally an honest repair shop that didn't try to upsell me and really helped me out. I went to them for suspension & engine issues. They did a full inspection for free, told me the right rear shock was leaking and I should go to the original installer for free replacement under warranty, fixed a nail in my tire for only $35, topped off my oil, rotated my tires, and sent me on my way. When my car needs ANYTHING, Jonatan and his team will get my business now.

Burbank Tire Pros came through in the clutch down to the wire fixing my coworkers brake caliper and rotor which got destroyed hitting a big pothole they weren't sure they can get the part in time and it was on a Saturday so they close earlier but they did and rescued her weekend I applaud all of them for making it all happen in the nick of time Thank you thank you!

Outstanding. BTPs are honest and fair. Fast and courteous. Exacting and professional. If you don't need it they won't sell it to you. We were vulnerable and other shops wanted to rip us off. BTPs said, " You don't need any of that" amd only dude what was required. They're fair, they do great work, and they're honest. How many auto repair shops have customers bragging that about them? 2 minute Read: On 01/23/2026, I called “TIRE PROS” and Harry answered. I told him I needed a low-profile tire. Harry asked me questions (he needed), to help me out. While he was asking his questions and I answered, Harry was busy in his computer (I could hear him typing on the keyboard). Turns out that he was navigating his suppliers to see where he could get my odd-sized low-profile tire. I thought that was very efficient of Harry, don’t you?! Well, anyway, he said he could get one as soon as today. He told me the cost of the tire, plus instillation. I was expecting at least $375 for the, but when he gave the total cost … I was jumping for joy! All of this was happening in the morning. I accepted the price and told Harry that AAA would tow my car over to his shop. I hung up with Harry and called Triple A. Within 1/2 an hour, AAA tow truck came, loaded my car and drove it over to Burbank Tire Pros. The tow truck Driver, Alejandro, called me to let me know my car was delivered. All this was in the A.M. By now, it was about 3 P.M. and Harry called me. My car was ready. I couldn’t believe it was ready. I wound up getting to the tire shop about 4 p.m. I met Harry, and all went super-well. I’m a customer for life. Please don’t hesitate to patronize Tire Pros. Tell them Pelos Parados sent you!
