I recently purchased a 2021 ford bronco sports from Burns Motors The buying process itself was smooth, and the sales representative was friendly and helpful during the initial stage. I appreciated the flexibility and the time they took to finalize the deal. However, shortly after picking up the car, I noticed a few issues—gear shifting problems, noise while turning, and an A/C issue. I brought these up right away, and while I was advised to take the car to a Ford dealership (since it’s still under warranty), I wish more support had come from the dealership itself, especially right after a major purchase. To be fair, the sales rep did communicate, and eventually agreed with my decision to take it to a different Ford location that had a shorter wait. But I believe the after-sales service experience could be improved to reflect better customer care, especially for those spending $27k+. Overall, bad sales experience but room for improvement on the post-sale support side. Hoping the dealership can work on making this part as strong as their front-end service.★★★★★ 6 months ago

I’m out of state at the moment so I told them I got it checked out and the let them know the batteries were no good, the guy I spoke to told me to take it the to nearest Jeep dealership that my warranty should come it. I did just what they told me to be told that is wasn’t going to be covered. Now I have to spend $150 for getting it check out and another $450 for new batteries and I have to spend more for labor. I purchased a vehicle from Burns Motors in Mission, TX back in July, and months later I still do not have my registration or plates. My registration was rejected twice by the DMV due to missing documentation that Burns Motors failed to submit—yet throughout this entire process, I was repeatedly told that the issue was “my problem” and that nothing had been done wrong on their end. I took time off work, visited multiple DMV offices, and even went to other Jeep dealerships trying to find someone who could help, because Burns Motors kept dismissing me and providing no guidance. At one point, I was even told to register my vehicle at an address I don’t live at—essentially being encouraged to break the law. Their solution was to “cancel everything and mail me a check,” instead of fixing the mistakes they caused. A package containing important documents was supposedly mailed to me, but it was delivered to the wrong address. When I pointed this out and explained I never received it, my message was ignored. Communication has been rude, inconsistent, and completely unprofessional. I am now left driving with expired temporary tags, at risk of being stopped or fined, all because Burns Motors could not properly complete their responsibilities. After months of giving them every opportunity to resolve this, I still have no registration and no real assistance. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Burns Motors. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to help has caused nothing but stress, wasted time, and unnecessary hardship.★★★★★ 3 months ago
