Bought a thousand dollar set of tires there today. Everything went well, until it came time to pay. I was handed a yellow invoice with the correct amount, to sign. Cash or credit? I handed my credit card, and was charged the $1082.46 plus a $32.47 "checkout fee" ??? Nothing was mentioned about a "checkout fee". I didn't notice until I got home. I called back immediately, and was told, basically, too bad. I shouldn't have said credit, when asked will this be cash or credit. No, that is wrong! You should have informed me that for using a credit card you would add a checkout fee. I used my personal American Express card, not store credit. I have heard of small convenience stores charging a fee, or require a minimum purchase of $5, or something. But a thousand dollars purchase? You need to ripp off your customer by adding a bs fee? Really? I will not recommend this rinky dink outfit to anybody. Should've went to a reputable dealer.

Got here at 9 in the morning to get 1 tire changed and left at 12 the old man had no communication whatsoever and he was inside my truck at least for an hour just doing nothing and had it on the entire time and just talking on the phone as if it’s his vehicle.Until I went up to him while he was inside my truck for while then I asked him if he got the tire he told me that the tire was on the way and it should get here then another hour passes by and nothing yet still then by 11 they start changing the tire and start doing the service I advise if you come here to have clear communication with them and also be really alert on what they are doing.Really bad service and never coming here again.Once the old man told me the were done I payed and everything told me good to go I go outside the tire wasn’t even put on yet had to wait another 20 min.Once again never coming back and the old man was being really disrespectful.When they finished the service finally i got in my truck and try to start it and it wouldn’t even turn on the battery was dead and they had to jump start my truck…..because again the old man just left it on like that please be careful and safe doing business with these people.
