I was left speechless with their work. They got my vehicle after an off-control vehicle spun-off onto the front end of my brand new F150, and had sent the estimate to GEICO before I even got home from dropping it off. I got constant calls, from the GEICO representative at Hacienda, to let me know exactly what was getting done. And got my vehicle repaired in less than a month.

Went to pick up truck and tailgate was rubbing and paint off. Left with you and then wheel well was scratched. And there are difts in the brand new tail gate. I worked in quality control for thirty years and would never of had anyone pick up a truck that wasn't in perfect condition. The insurance says you have.to fix it and rent me a car. I would have rather taken it home to someone I trust but they say I have to give it back to you to fix.

Dear Hacienda Collision Center Management, I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at Hacienda Collision Center located at 1325 E Pecan Blvd. On October 12, 2025, I was involved in a car accident. Due to delays with my insurance, my vehicle was not immediately towed to your collision center. Once it was finally delivered, repairs were completed; however, the quality of work, professionalism, and follow-up support were extremely disappointing. On the same day I picked up my vehicle, the right-side turn signal stopped working. I immediately brought the car back to your facility to have the issue addressed. Rather than inspecting the repair or taking responsibility, your staff insisted that the problem was my fault and claimed that the vehicle “came in like that.” In particular, Kelly Pastegui was very quick to dismiss the issue and stated that the turn signal was already defective when the vehicle arrived. This statement was made despite the fact that I provided video evidence showing the turn signal working on the day of the accident. That evidence was ignored, and instead I was shown photographs of the vehicle while it was turned off, which does not demonstrate whether the turn signal was functional. I found this interaction unprofessional and concerning. It gave me the clear impression that a mistake was made during the repair process and that your company was unwilling to take responsibility or correct it. To make matters worse, I was quoted over $1,100 out of pocket just to replace the turn signal. This is unacceptable. My insurance company clearly stated that if any additional issues were discovered as part of the repair, Hacienda Collision Center was to notify them so supplemental funds could be approved. Instead of following that process, I was told to pay out of pocket after I had already paid my insurance deductible. This approach feels improper and unfair, and it appears that I was being asked to absorb the cost of a repair that should have been handled through insurance as part of the original or a supplemental claim. The turn signal was fully functional prior to repairs and failed immediately after your work was completed, strongly indicating improper repair, wiring damage, or incorrect installation during the collision repair process. I am requesting: A proper inspection of the right-side turn signal and related wiring Correction of the issue at no cost to me A clear explanation as to why insurance was not contacted for a supplemental repair as required I trusted your shop to return my vehicle in safe, working condition. Instead, I was met with dismissal, blame, and an attempt to shift repair costs onto me. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. Sincerely, Esteban Gonzalez

Horrible service and highly unprofessional conduct. I was directed to bring my vehicle to this shop due to an accident involving an employee’s family member, Rick Navarro, whose mother caused the damage and instructed me to take my car. I was then told by Gene that my car would be repaired at no cost and was instructed to drop it off based on that information. My vehicle then sat at the shop for almost an entire week with no work done and no valid authorization in place. After that, I was told the repair would instead be handled through insurance. I then spoke with Omar, who was rude and dismissive, and told me that the insurance adjuster had already approved the repair and that they were simply waiting on paperwork to be sent over. This statement was completely false. At no point had the repair actually been approved. I was repeatedly given conflicting, inaccurate information by multiple employees, which caused unnecessary delays, wasted my time, and left me without my vehicle for nearly a week for no legitimate reason. When I attempted to get clarification, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior instead of transparency or accountability. This experience reflects extremely poor communication, misleading practices, and a lack of responsibility toward customers. Due to the repeated misinformation and improper handling of my vehicle, I will be moving forward with a formal complaint. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
