They give free analysis and tell you what your complete automobile needs, but they do not push anything on their customers. It is the customers decision, and I made the right decision.

My engine light came on and I took my 2006 Silverado in to get checked out. The guys checked it out and it was my O2 sensors and Catalytic converter. I figured that's what it was as I plugged up my code reader and saw the codes. They worked with me (because this is a HUGELY expensive repair) and they fixed it very well. The truck drives 100% better and no rattling noise, etc. I really appreciate Guillermo, Kevin, & Modi. Great team!

**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE**** I took my vehicle in to check the stater and to get a tune up. When I dropped it off the "check engine light" was not on. I received a quote for Rob later that day in which he noted that they found no problem with the starter and, more importantly, their diagnostic scan found NO CODES. I had chosen to take my vehicle there because I thought it would be cheaper than the dealership, however, the quote was extremely high, so much so I decided to get a quote from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. My intuition proved right as I received a quote from the dealership that was more than $400.00 LESS. I then let Rob know about the disparity in the cost and he said he would review his initial quote to see what he do. Later that day, Rob sent another quote with the SAME PRICES but this time they said there was a warning code for an air sensor. When I reminded him that the initial quote did not have any codes he said that the mechanic decided to run ANOTHER SCAN on his own. I went to pick up my vehicle because as this did not sit right and found that now my check engine light was now on, and, as Rob even noted, it was not on when I dropped my vehicle off. This place is a SCAM !!!!! I am only giving one star because you can not post with no stars. ****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE****

After I made the mistake of taking my jaguar to Jesse’s radiator shop in San Juan. I brought it here to have it looked at since the check engine light turned on after a week of getting the vehicle back. Premium Automotive services checked out my vehicle and gave me a quote for the services that my vehicle was in dire need for and service that could wait. Yes the service was a little more expensive than tan a mom and pop place, but it was considerably cheaper than going to the dealership because I’ve owned my car for 10 years already and have paid quite a bit of money to the dealership over that period of time. For example my belt was replaced by them and it was about half of what I paid in the past to the dealership. I also like the fact that they offer nationwide warranty on replacement of certain things. Btw this is the second place outside of the dealership I’ve ever had work on my car and I will continue to come here so long as I own this vehicle

10-26-22: Vehicle Dropped Off 01-05-23: Vehicle Picked Up Because of the extensive front suspension damage I wanted my car to be worked on by mechanics w/VW experience. I ultimately choose Premium Automotive Services because they are a locally owned & operated family business. The following is a mixed list of experiences I had in the 71 days it took them to finish my car. -I was told my car was ready for pickup & subsequently waited another 7 days bc they had failed to install a new AC condenser I notified them about multiple times. -The hood doesn’t close correctly this wasn’t even taken in consideration. -They wasted time rebuilding a front bumper support bracket that should’ve been replaced for $27 new. The bumper rebuild was done poorly and unprofessionally. -The paint job on the front bumper has orange peel & overspray. The amount of gloss and/or clearcoat used was done incorrectly fresh paint is dull compared to factory. -There are pieces missing from the honeycomb design that are broken off & large chips are missing from various sections from the front lip. -Failed to install a front lip spoiler. -I specifically informed them to be sure to repair the fog lights wiring connectors. I had to fix them myself but I am having to order a new light harness and will have to pull the bumper off again. -The fog lights have white overspray on them. -If your call isn’t answered at the location you dialed, it’s transferred to another Premium Automotive location who have no information on your vehicle. I want to be fair so I will talk about the what they did right. -There was a lot of damage that could’ve effected the alignment & smoothness of the ride & none of that is present. -The car drives really great & they detailed the interior and washed exterior body & wheels. What's disappointing that I attempted to communicate, multiple times using various methods & ended up in this nightmare because of lack of communication seems unacceptable to me. If I had read this review I would've gone elsewhere. Not having my vehicle for 10 weeks impacted me financially & all the misguided information that was being relayed made it impossible for me setup a plan of action to support myself better. I’m glad it’s over, I’m grateful to god they were able to get it done.

I have had my car serviced by these wonderful people since 2019 and they are an excellent company. They will never make you pay more than you need to . You don’t have to have a high end car but they will service any vehicle. You can drop your car off at 7 am and they will take you to work and drop off your car once they done. I highly recommend them . I wouldn’t trade them for no other company to care for my car.

This place Is a Total Scam, Usually I dont post reviews. I'm a person that recognizes my own mistakes and learned from it. But this needs to be address. Im beyond frustrated with this mechanic shop. Before even opening the hood, they insisted on running a " charging fee test.” I agreed, thinking it would help. Instead, the test became their excuse to hand me a ridiculously high estimate for repairs they guessed might fix the issue including a long list of other recommendations with high fees. No hands-on inspection. No real explanation. Just a printout and a guess. All test recommendations and actions sounded ridiculous and opted for the minimum service which was to replace the t oil and decided to take my car elsewhere and surprise the real problem was something completely different and cost a fraction of what this shop tried to charge me. It’s clear they use these tests to pressure customers into paying for unnecessary work. It is true what other reviewers said, its a clean place and the customer service clerk sounds friendly but save your money and go somewhere honest. This place preys on people who just want their car fixed. I won't even give this place a star but it was needed in order to post.

Premium has the best customer service. They were able to clearly define exactly what my car was going to need for maintenance and why. They accommodated me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. This was very convenient for me since I could not miss work. Very satisfied with their work.
