They charged me for an alignment they didn’t do, it took them 2 whole days to fix the problem they made and they claimed to fix the alignment they so called did but they didn’t, and charged me again because i put in a new ball joint when that was not the case!! They are a total rip off !!! I had to pay someone else to get it fixed !! Waste of money with this place never again i would never do business with them again

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INSPECTION. They are DECEITFUL! They will fail you on purpose to try and get money out of you. Thankfully I listened to my intuition. Since I still have warranty on my car, I went to the dealership for a check up. Nothing was wrong with my car.

My stepfather went here to to have tire alignment. They didn't do anything and still charged him $90 for it. Wouldn't recommend this place. If I could give a negative one star I would. Bad service.

My husband went check engine light on dashboard . They said they could an intake valve cleaning & car continued with engine light on. We ask for my money back and they refused. According to the law if u.are not satisfied with the services because they were done incorrectly you should get your money back. We paid $ 190.00. Engine light is still on. Don't recommend this place of buisness. We called Octavio & left word for him to call & he never called. What goes around comes around.

I when to get an inspection done on my vehicle and they failed it because the top clearance lights wouldn't turn on when they pressed the breaks... he said they were willing to keep it on the shop for a little bit above $200 and do a re-wire work to "fix" this issue... I told him that those were clearly clearance lights on top and they didn't need to light up when breaking... he failed me and still ended up charging me the $7 for the inspection... I had to go to someone else and they passed it within minutes 1/10 would not recommend😐

I rarely shout out businesses but I had an issue with my vehicle after hitting a horrible pothole end of last year. Guillermo from Auto Diagnostic Center was so friendly and helpful with the repair of my vehicle. The techs are certified and I felt extremely comfortable in knowing they were doing a great job. The atmosphere was amazing they made needed repairs and were very transparent as to the reasoning. I was a bit nervous going into a repair shop alone but they have completely won me over as a customer!

Jan 13 2:10pm guy just tried to charge me 90 bucks for an alignment when it says 60 on their board which is already a high price to begin with lol go somewhere else. He had no explanation when questioned. One star because he was polite about it.

Terrible service, paid to have my radiator flushed. Stated they had a machine that could do it. When they had finally gotten around to doing it. I drained the fluid and found it just as dirty as it was taking it in. They said they used there machine but it was comparable to simply draining and flushing. Waste of time and money! Was considering to get my truck aligned by them but now it's out the window. When I called them out on my suspicions that they didn't use any equipment they simply said they did and "I told you that you needed to get the head gasket replaced" as well as telling me motor was contaminated and my radiator was cracked. And I needed a new thermostat and radiator hoses as well. I serviced my radiator last year simply by filling with distilled water, running the engine around and then draining a couple times. The results I achieved were far superior. I paid to have better quicker results because of there equipment. They were ether dishonest or there equipment is less to be desired. Would not recommend to anyone looking for quality service.

I highly recommend Auto Diagnostic Center in Mcallen, Texas. The last time I visit was for oil check. Took less than 30 minutes to check the oil level on my vehicle.
