I just moved to McAllen two weeks ago, so I don't know any mechanics over here. I did a Google search and read reviews, but, I'm from Starr County and my experience with mechanics over there hasn't been good, which is why despite the good reviews I was still skeptical at first and had to wait to test drive my truck before leaving this review. Yep! It's still working 😆 Thank you so much, Roberto Guajardo! He was very kind and professional, came all the way to my apartment to fix my broke down truck in the parking lot!!! He had a good music playlist too that he was listening to while he worked haha. He made me feel like we've known each other a long time and that's hard to find for me because mechanics usually just gloss me over like I'm not important for being a woman 🙄 He explained everything in detail and gave me a few extra tips about my truck. I'm definitely going to recommend and I most definitely will be using their services again for some future repairs that mechanics in Rio Grande kept telling me they were "too busy" to help me with. 🙄 Once again, thank you Humble Hands/Roberto ❤️❤️❤️

Humble hands is the best. Skill set is 10/10. When I took my car, we drove it around and I was provided with explanations and possibilities of what could be wrong ( German car btw) Communication is 10/10, They send you videos of every problem and keep you in the loop regularly. Efficiency 10/10, no delays no time wasted. I got my car back on time. Very honest, indeed very humble and a cool dude overall. I highly recommend humble hands.
