Pros: They're professional, they do great body work, they clean and wash your vehicle upon delivery, they provide free shuttle service to and from home (or work), they're conveniently located in downtown McAllen. Cons: They take their sweet, sweet time when it involves non-body work (or waiting for parts).

The paint job was good, and the repair was also done great. Took more than a month to fix because they either were missing parts and recieved the wrong part. Did not replace my FOB key properly until I had brought it up to the manager. Went to this location 4 times because they never fixed my car properly. Were slightly condescending when I told them my defrost wasn't working, "you know it's for getting rid of fog and snow ?" This was the manager... made the mistake of going by myself, my next visits were done with my father. Didn't appreciate having to deal with the issue multiple times aside from the stress of being in an accident and having to find rides for each visit. Also got my car back with a dent... that was not their fault and I clearly must have had it before and never saw it.. okay guys.

Horrible service Juan kept saying our vehicle would be ready a certain day and we have gone 2 times because he claimed it’d be ready, just so when we get there they find something new to fix! Avoid the headache and fix your vehicle somewhere else. My honda has been in this shop for over a month!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a body/repair center. From customer service to repair work. Only went here since they were Framer's approved repair center. That has to be just a simple checklist to get this rating. Would definitely not recommend this place. My vehicle has not been the same since before the accident. Going on over a year dealing with them. Will be taking my vehicle to a more reputable body/repair shop.

This body shop must be the best in Mcallen as it is rated Profirst. They did an awesome job on a valet scratch that was on the right rear door. From arrival, I felt pleasant to be there as I knew I would be serviced well as this shop is connected with dealerships so you could give them some trust. Randy helped me out, and was of great assistance. He walked me through the estimate and any questions I had. I was advised of a 2 day wait, and with these types of repairs it is good to not rush them. Left car late Wednesday afternoon and was called Saturday morning to pick it up. Color match was perfect and you couldn’t tell if a job was done on the car. They left car detailed inside and washed neatly on the outside. Exceptional service, and they also offer a shuttle to go home from there if necessary. It was really nice, and the gentleman who gave me a ride home was one of the most professional and friendly person I had ever met at a shop. Thank you for a great job!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, I came here because my insurance and Honda recommended it. My car has been with them for about 3 months if not more. As a college student, it’s hard to move around to work, school and work study when my car isn’t ready. They’ve given 3 different dates at which it was “ready” and every single time I find something else wrong. My back windows were in tact when it was taken in, after the first time we went to pick it up they were SCRATCHED. The back tire board frame was unevenly cut and at a wrong size, it was very obvious it was missing a huge part. The left side mirror wasn’t even installed properly, it still needed to be placed together/tighter. The bottom piece from the picture was still missing. And the customer service sucked, the lady who answers the phone and is at the desk is never helpful!!!! And the agents are magically NEVER available when we call. How many more “it’s ready” visits will I have to go through before you actually finish the job right. This was not a lot, yet they’ve taken longer than most vehicles taken.

Zero Stars! Regret having my car here. Clark Honda recommended this place and trusted it to be good. Very disappointed and upset of my experience here. It's was there all of Nov. & Dec. When car was finally done (Supposedly). Took it right back same day before Christmas because grill and where fender meets bumper meet didn't match and was loose. Plus a big scratch on door that wasn't there before appeared. Clanking noise from front end too. Once fixed, hoping it was finally done I got it back on a Saturday (Jan.3rd). Grinding noise coming from rear passenger caliper and rotor so had to take back to shop on Monday Jan 5th since they're closed on Sunday. Got car back today Jan 15th and to add this is my only car and don't have a rental or extra car to get around to work and necessities all this time. Now there is leaking from the passenger side CV joint and smells like burning. Had car only an hour or two so far. This was supposedly replaced/fixed but clearly isn't because it's leaking. Now how long will they take to fix this that should of been fixed. Another Week or two!!! Ridiculous. Horrible experience here and if this is the quality of work they promise people? I can just imagine higher in the chain of command in their lack of expertise. Their slogan is,"Treat everyone like family and they will keep coming back to do business." Well not true at all from this department. Plus a certain driver for the customer drop off/pick up was a rude and disrespectful person towards my son and wife. I wish I was there to say something to that guy. Texting and driving also throughout drive. Very unprofessional and unsafe. This department needs a re-staffing/training yesterday. Kirk Clark & Alex Clark really need to put their foot on this problem because I'm not the only one here complaining. I will never do business with this place and recommend you stay clear of this place. Never again.
