Bad service I went in for a tire patch and the guy that checked the tires out told my husband there was 3 holes but he only patched 2 and we had to go back just for them to tell is they couldn't fix that 3rd one because it was on the Said if the tire then why did he patch the other 2 make us pay 50 dollars for that if we had to buy a new tire

I called 5 minutes before arriving to check if they had a wait for an oil change and they told me there was no wait. I show up and they told me 1.5 hours wait. Waste of time.

Sat for 15 minutes before I was told the person that does state inspection was out to lunch. No other customers were in line or waiting. Then was told inspector would be back in 20 minutes. He never arrived even after 35 minutes additional minutes. Very upsetting.

Went to go get an oil change and they checked my air filters which was fine but when they took them off to show me and suggest I get new ones they went to put them back on they didn't connect the hose back.

Ridiculous customer service, they are rude long wait times Iβm very disappointed after buying 3+ cars from boggus over the last couple of years. They should wear name badges to identify who you are dealing with. One of the most rude workers is a bald one with glasses that works inside quicklane we come here to get a service and he treats his customers like if we owe them something. I will never do business with this place again I fully recommend Hacienda Ford in Edinburgh!

I took my car in on June 8th for an oil change, service, and for them to check a gap in the liftgate. 3 days later i call to ask for an update on it and the lady at service tells me the guy who did the ticket is off but she will check the status. Seven hours later i go in and ask about it because nobody ever called me. The lady and one of the guys couldnt answer if my liftgate got looked at. I finally said screw it and took my car. 1st and last time there. I called the service manager and left a voice mail on my poor service and said i would talk to him if he wanted. Its been over 2 weeks and that guy still hasnt called. Guess he didnt want to talk to me. I wont waste my time by going back. The only good guy was Louie, but unfortunately he wasnt there to answer my questions when i went. Ford service in the valley is terrible.

For a place called "Quick Lane" they sure drag their feet. Got text message about the work order being submitted 2 hours after dropping off a vehicle for service. After I responded to the text and didn't get an answer. I called back an hour later, to find out I still have to wait, approximately and hour and a half for an oil change. It's as if they have one employee doing oil changes from his home garage. I'd suggest getting an oil change anywhere else and keeping the receipt as proof.

Quick lane drop the ball from day one, we called for a quote first week of June. A Week and a half later, still hadnβt heard from anyone. We called in again finally someone else from service send us a quote , after reviewing quote we called back to let them know weβd be there Monday morning 6/14/21. Here we are bright an early we arrived to find out our parts were not ordered, service could not be completed. No courtesy call, no communication, no consideration of any kind. We even asked to speak Manager Ramiro, an hour later and still hadnβt come to speak to us! Mind you we read reviews before making a decision on trust Bogus Ford w our truck, we have the the benefit of the doubt. Think twice about getting your vehicle service here.

Mobile service was great and easy. At first I thought that I had to pay for this service but apparently it is a courtesy of Ford. The gentleman came out to our home, he was on time and serviced my vehicle quickly. Above Boggus Ford has always been great.

Good customer service. Located next to the dealership. Usually go for the βthe worksβ which includes the oil change. Never had any issues after my vehicle is serviced at this location. Only thing is be sure to get there early. If you get there within the first hour of opening there isnβt much of a wait.

They damaged my skid plate after changing the oil and won't do anything about it. They claim it had to be from a blunt impact afterwards, but there's no impact mark and the tear is shredded, not a clean rip. I had my oil changed on Saturday, and noticed it a few days later after I dropped my keys and had to bend down to get them.
