I never rate any business but they provided great service ! I found the perfect muffler for my truck. I notice two things about this business, 1 - everywhere you look is clean n organize, 2 - honest and knowledgeable to other customers. I would go back and refer a anyone to this shop. Hope they always stay the same or better.

I brought my BMW to 3 Star after taking it to TWO other places to get some "simple" engine work done. Ben is the most knowledgeable and friendly professional I have met in the auto repair/service industry. He knew exactly what he thought it might be, didn't make promises so he didn't break any, and provided expert work for a fair price. In my case, he was able to get my car back to me on the same day. Not only do I consider 3 Star and Ben my personal go-to for all future needs, but I also HIGHLY recommend them.

3 stars ... OUT OF 10 Decent work on welding and labor. But absolute con up front. Never called to check prices before they started work, massively over charged (I had to go get the parts myself to bring costs down) didn't put new parts on and when I paid cash I had to borrow to pay their extreme fees they charged my card full amount anyway. Would have had to charge me TWICE to fix it and id be in debt for weeks. Complete mess. I regret trusting them.

Had a scheduled appointment for Aril 1st, set up car pick up for me at this shop to leave my vehicle. Only to find out they took Monday off without notifying any customers. Another customer was waiting and 2 others pulled up, one of them called an employee of 3 star and the employee told him "we decided to take today off since we were opened on friday" Very unprofessional and they just lost some customers. Hard to find a reliable mechanic.

Great service and at a very reasonable price. I am one who usually prefers to work on my own vehicle but when it comes to welding, I have no clue what to do. 3 Star Muffler was able to quote me and get the repair done within two hours of dropping it off. Highly recommended shop.

I brought my Silverado and Tahoe here to get an alignment and from the moment I called the service was great on the phone. Arriving the gentleman on the front desk will assist you with whatever services are available. He does speak both English and Spanish. The alignment service is around 70$ total and they do have a 90 day warranty with some rules that are shown in the lobby. It took around 30-40 minutes with no one ahead of me but for their effectiveness on their job I would recommend alignments in this location.

Took a lot longer than expected. Light about why it was taking so long. And then they were supposed to replace the transfer case motor and instead they just used a lot of bailing wire on both ends to cause it to shift into four-wheel drive. Will never take a vehicle there ever again. Shame on them for doing what they did. They we're also supposed to replace the seals and as you can see they are all leaking everywhere.

I brought my 03 Passat in for a alignment. They put it on the rack right away. I had been aligned about two months earlier at a different shop. I had been hearing a clunking sound when turning but was unable to locate the source. The other shop said everything looked good. They did the alignment but after a month the steering wheel was no longer straight and both outer tie rod boots were badly torn. I decided to replace the tie rod ends. I was still hearing the noise so I brought it to 3 Star. Within minutes they brought me a video showing that my Rack and Pinion was defective and that was the source of the noise. I replaced the rack and returned for the alignment. They were able to get me in right away. After the alignment my steering wheel was straight and the car tracks as it should. The service writer was courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend 3 Star for Exhaust and repair.
