Never in my life had i experienced such horrible customer service! They also charged me way to much for work that was not even done correctly. I had to take it to another shop just so they could fix up the mess they made. The man working there says reputation is everything but it does not seem like it with the work they do in the cars. Yall call yourself a auto shop? Jeez with what yall did i was better of fixing the car myself! Do better!

Once again, thank you to E R Auto Clinic. They have taken care of both my and my children's cars on multiple occasions and always have done excellent work at great prices. My daughter is smart but not about cars. She took her car in for repairs recently, and many other mechanics would have taken advantage of her by making up issues and phony charges. She did not present herself as my daughter, so he didn't know she was mine. This last time, she took her car because of a suspected but unconfirmed problem. He checked it out thoroughly, but because there were no problems to repair, he did not charge her at all! I can not recommend ER Auto Clinic highly enough. It is wonderful to know a mechanic who both does excellent work, who has integrity, and a kind heart. Thank you, Emilio! You and your Team are the best!

If I could rate it “0” STARS I would!! Terrible service ! Took my 2016 chevy malibu and the owner said he would have it in a week tops and never called me to update me! Gave him 10 days and i finally called to check on it and he couldn’t even say what was wrong with it! I was without a vehicle for over 3 weeks! Until i finally went to pick it up and my vehicle hadn’t even been moved! Then owner tried to say he was short staffed that’s why he hadn’t been able to get to my car! When every time i called he said he already had someone looking into it!! After all that the guy wanted to charge me $200 for literally just having the car there!!!!
