Our brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 was towed in for drained battery a few months ago. Downtown Express couldn’t do anything about the battery. Truck was sent back to dealership service and battery was deemed defective and replaced. A few weeks ago I contacted Downtown Express about scheduling on oil change and I was told that the oil had already been changed.???? They couldn’t do a simple battery replacement so they changed the oil instead without our authorization!! No common sense.

I got a call that my truck was due for an oil change. I asked how much it would come out to. The girl said about $79. I scheduled the appointment and took my truck for the oil change. When I picked up my truck they charged me $123. I told the girl that they told me it was $79. She smiled and said no, it’s $123. It told her somebody lied about the price. I asked for a coupon. With a smile again she said no. They lost a loyal customer who had done business with them for many years. I will no longer go with them. People, SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES. I already found one to do the next oil change.

Bought my truck in July 2022, had a retrofit for parking sensors due to part shortages, which I understand, they told me it’ll be available in about 3 months from day of purchase which wasn’t true, was barely contacted 15 months later. The upsetting part was that after taking some time off from work to take it in for that recall and waiting 3 hrs for 2 simple screws they tell me that the sensor that was to be installed came in damaged. You would think before disassembling my truck they would have inspected the sensor. So their response was we will have to order another sensor and have you come again whenever it gets here. Very unprofessional service.

Had an appointment set, came in and waited for more than 10min. Not one person acknowledged me or even greeted me. They were all over the place walking around with only 3 customers in the building. Even a customer that had been helped already asked me if they still hadn’t helped me. Poor customer service.

I went in needing some services for my truck, and this old lady helped me out if you can even call it that. Lady had no ambition at all was no help at all either and just gave me plain attitude whenever i ask about my warranties. Did not even ask for my # or anything just took my keys and that’s it. What a joke.

Dropped off for an oil change. Then they call me to tell me I need a cabin filter and air filter. I said yes, when I came back to pick up my truck they charged me almost $130 just to replace the cabin air filter and air filter.. For a simple job, these people are thieves. If they would have told me how much it was going to be I could’ve done it myself. For under $40. Don’t go here. Save yourself a headache.

Express should not be in the name. Made appointment. I arrived on time. The truck was taken in 1 hour later. I told advisor and manager to not rotate tires, not check pressures, nor open up engine air filter. I was watching outside the bay door and stopped the tech after he had started each of these tasks. Tech said that nobody told him otherwise. At one point, the Tech was absent from the bay for 15 mins. A simple oil and filter change was completed 1 hour 45 minutes after my appointment time... 45 minutes after the work was started. Nothing express about this service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I dropped my car off just for an oil change and said I needed my car back that day. They also noticed that my breaks needed to be replaced and reached out to ask if I wanted to add on that service. Not only did they change the oil and the break pads, they even stayed open a little bit later to make sure I had my car back at the end of the day. I would definitely come here again.

New Customer/Ex customer on the same day I don’t like how you schedule an appointment and it’s been an hour and I’ve been waiting in the lobby and my vehicle still hasn’t been serviced for oil change and rotation I don’t know if they had a busy day or something came up in the vehicles that were getting serviced but for different dealership I’ve been to I’ve would been out of there morale of the story is if you schedule an appointment for a time then your vehicle should be going in at that time or at least 30 mins after it’s no different then going to some mom and pa shop for a walk in or even doing it your self I can do my oil change in 30 mins only reason I don’t is cause I want records for the vehicle! By the way pricing is 129 for trucks v-8 I waited 1hour and 30 mins with one vehicle in front of me by the time I left if I stayed with that one vehicle in front of me 2 . 30 hours maybe before they started and mine so 3.30 maybe 4 hours before I get my vehicle out for a appointment is crazy to me my time is precious and I got things to do ….plus it looks like a bunch of young men that they have a little Experience Granted, a couple old heads My suggestion look for a different place for service ….
