Will not buy or have my car or truck serviced again. I took my Nissan car to have it checked for a noise on the suspension one of the employees checked it charged me 25.00 to check it he said the struts had to be replaced total for that was 540.00. Took it back and had the struts replaced and it made no diffrence. Took it in again now they are saying it's the stabilizer rods which are 126.00 they should have started by replacing the stabilizing rods first before making me spend 540.00.

This place is horrible, I went in to get an alignment and on top of not being able to fix the problem, The mechanic was unable to tell me what was wrong with the tires but yet made so many assumptions I what might be wrong. I left with my car with the same issue and they still charged me $50

Update: took my truck to another shop to confirm that Rios did not balance the wheels after they said they did. Had to pay extra to finally fix the problem. Took my truck here for a leveling kit and also to install wheels/tires I took. They did a good job with the leveling kit but the price was not good as other reviews. $300. Fair price at best. For the wheels/tires I wanted installed it was a ok price with new sensors installed and balancing. As for the balancing, it wasn’t so good. After 50mph there is vibration. Total installation time 3.5 hours. Details: F150 with 2.5 leveling kit with 33 Toyo M/T and Fuel 20s.

I stop going to that place 4 years ago the service was ok but one of the workers was running the show there and the owner was present he charge me 200 dll for each strut, when the actual price was 78 dlls a piece. I understand they have to make some profit but that was way wrong 200 dlls and not including installation. But o well they lost my business and respect and here I am 4 yes later still talking bad about that place they lost more than one client, a good Reputation is hard to earn and more to maintain But this is a well deserved bad review. 👎

Long wait even with people just sitting around in the shop. Had to go back for valve stem caps and low quality balance was done with weights falling off the same day I took it in for tire service. This is why people just go to the big chains and end up not supporting local business 😢

I rarely write reviews. Rio Tires is family owned, my experience with them has been very good. They get the job done right, they treat you like a friend, and if you ever have a reasonable complaint, they will do anything they can to help you. First time I went in to get my new wheels and tires installed, everything went great. The only issue was my driver front tire light kept going off. I brought it to there attention and they fixed it, about a week later, the light kept coming on, and it has been about 5 months now with the same problem. I bought it in to them to install some lowering springs + alignment, I mentioned to them that the light keeps coming on and never resolved. The gentleman said when I drop it off they will replace the sensor with a new generation of tire sensor. I really appreciate the help, and their, "make it right attitude."

Great experience. Went for an alignment. They promptly answered the phone to give me directions. They quickly got my car into the shop. They told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes to finish. And they took exactly 30!! Price was $60 which is $30 less than at Pep Boys. Car drives way better. I highly recomend this place. A++
