I took my truck and had to leave it because they had a lot of work, once they looked at my truck they just fixed it. They never called me to explain what was wrong with my truck (which i specifically told them to call me beforehand) and in any autoshop they do that. When i asked the lady in reception she answered “well you wanted it to be fixed right?” (And those are not the only things she said to me) I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in for a B service. It was about half of what the dealership charges. It is owned by a very nice couple. They did the service in a reasonable amount of time. If you need a loaner, you're out of luck. They do not do the car wash service either. Neither of those things were important to me, obviously, because I rate them a 5.

Don Luis has been working on foreign cars for at least, 25 years. There is no one, outside of the dealerships, that I would trust with my cars except him. His prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch!

Very rude older gentlemen and incompetent. He tries to explain things in a over the top formal manner, which comes off as rude and does not answer your questions straight up. Horrible customer service. They charged me for trouble shooting with my car around $200.00 plus the service; another $250.00 and said they had to stop working on it because they were going on holiday and needed to be further diagnose the car after they came back. I called a couple of days after they came back and didn't want to take my car back in, and wasn't sure what was the problem with it.

Called to ask if they would work on my son’s 85 BMW the owner stated he would not since someone else has already worked on the vehicle . It’s an 85 model of course other shops and previous owners have worked on it including myself. Do not bring your used vehicle here for repairs as they only want to work on vehicles that have never been worked on. Know wonder the shop always has the same 3 cars outside.

Exceeded my expectations, good luck finding a mechanic willing to take on old school equipment. I had called about 30 places and no one would work on a dual carburated vehicle. Mr. Lewis is knowledgeable and kind and equally important, competent. In my 42 years of life the one component that I have found to make the best in a mechanic is OCD, Mr Lewis may not have it but I am a betting man. I'll see you down the road sir.

This is the only place in the Valley I trust to work on my car. I grew up working on cars so I have some knowledge in mechanic/tech work and I always know when a shop is trying to overcharge me or charge me for things my car doesn't need. The owner is very knowledgeable and will explain mechanical problems to you in a way you will understand, often using simple analogies. Highly recommend this place if you have a European car. Don’t go to the dealer or another shop unless you want to deal with dishonest people looking to overcharge you!

Spoke with him on the phone about issues that my 2007 BMW 328i was having, my case was one that could not be helped, but he was very knowledgeable and gave me insight into the history of European vehicles and what problems could arise with lack of correct maintenance. It was a very informative talk for me and i have always done the maintenance for my vehicle since i purchased it and have done plenty of research on it myself. If i am ever to own another European vehicle, this will be my go to location, and i will recommend Autohaus to any friends/family that have problems with said vehicles.

As others have said, this was genuinely the most unpleasant experience I’ve had, well done on earning that title. I called to ask about an oil change and if they could service my Porsche, the gentleman on the phone answered with pure sarcasm and condescension, wouldn’t give me a straight answer. I brought it in anyway, and any questions I had were met with a “we’ve been doing this for 30 years, stop asking questions” attitude. The gentleman who does the work doesn’t say hi or acknowledge you when you walk in, doesn’t ask anything about your vehicle or what you need, he just looks at the receptionist and waits for her to tell him what’s going on despite you standing right there. They don’t do appointments, they just say “if you bring it in the morning, we might get to it same day” as if we don’t have jobs and need to plan ahead. When I brought in my car, they promised it would be done long before the end of the day and they would call me. 4:30 PM rolls around and I needed to plan whether or not I would need to get an uber to pick up my car. I called to confirm and the gentleman simply said “ITS NOT READY, WE’LL CALL YOU WHEN ITS READY” - and hung up. At 5:40 PM they finally called me so I had to scramble to get myself there before they closed. When I picked up my car, again, the gentleman was nothing but disrespectful and condescending. I was nothing but kind and respectful to him, I don’t understand why he hates his customers. They don’t do any digital records, only paper receipts, so your work will not show up on car fax. Finally, they over-pressurized my performance tires by 10 psi. Please retire.
