The auto shop in the back is a freaking joke!! You go in and they fix your vehicle take forever and have more problems coming back. I took my 2022 and now my battery is messed up they didn’t want to help cover it I know they did it

Not sure what happened here I think they remove the address and put it back to delete all of the old reviews because now they only have recent and mine is not here, I got my ram 1500 2019 limited back in 2019 sales was good but service is the worst I have had few problems with the truck and even that I got the warranty and extended already 2 times they never fixed any of my issues I had to talked and show them exactly what was the problem because they had my truck for a whole week for nothing just to tell me they didn’t find any problem, another time they want it to charge me +800$ for a repair and when I told them that was supposed to be covered by the warranty they said oh it was a problem on the system let me update that but that happened twice once my brother helped me to pick up the truck and he almost paid +400$, another time they left my 360 cameras disconfigured when I came back they only said oh yes we saw that and forgot to reconfigure it , the people taking notes on the problems never pass the list correctly to the mechanics, I have taken the truck for the same problem they never solved to another dealer and they managed to fix it without any problem and even told the other repairs were bad, they have left also my door panels with oil really bad, so I definitely do not recommend this place

Beware, don't take vehicle for service here. they will charge a service and not do it. last year I took my jeep for transmission oil change, Lety had told me they didn't have the supplies to do it, to leave it for another week, I said I couldn't and told them not to do it anymore, she changed, and said they did it last minute. took my vehicle to get checked somewhere else afterwards and confirmed it was never changed, they just charged me

Their system went down on the day I needed to drop off my car for car repair (I had an appointment that was made a week prior). They wanted me to reschedule 2 weeks later. Yeah, no. A little disrespectful. Just know that if your appointment is deleted/canceled, you may be sent to the back of the line as if you never had an appointment in the first place.

Very friendly when you are buying, however the service department has disappointed us several times which makes me want to buy anywhere but here. For the oil changes they won't let you make appointments, they say to just bring it in, but when you do they inform you there is a 3 hour wait and you need to come back another time. Terrible service!

I’m having a terrible experience I purchased my jeep wrangler Sahara 4xe 3 months ago. I only had it for 10 days afterwards it had to go into maintenance for a hybrid software malfunction. Since then I haven’t had my truck and I been trying to either speed the process or just change of vehicle but they keep coming up with excuses or giving me loopholes and they don’t allow me to do a trade at all. At this point Im very disappointed I was recommended for the great service but I don’t recommend at this moment this agency at all.

My Wife and I have been bringing our Chrysler Pacifica to Burns Motors for a couple years, now, and we’ve had a great and personal experience every time. Letty in the service department is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and the whole staff remember us like we’re old friends every time we come in. This is my fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Burns Motors, but I think it will be the last! I took my RAM truck in for service due to a loud grinding noise it was making, and even though it took all morning to get it looked at, they finally told us that the repair was nothing serious, that it was the control arm, and better yet, that it was covered under warranty. The only problem was that the mechanics were leaving at lunch, and therefore the wait time would be even longer, which is why we were given the option to come back the next day to have the repair done. An option we took without knowing that the next day they would come up with something totally different. According to them, the repair could no longer be under warranty because the truck had a slight dent (near to the part they need replaced) which invalidated it. The truck has not suffered any damage or blows; however, it seems that according to Burns Motors, l have to carry the truck loaded on my shoulder so that the bodywork does not suffer any damage that would invalidate the warranty of the truck. Anyway, I come to the conclusion that RAM is useless or that Burns Motors is a scam! P.S.: It is worth mentioning that prior to this episode, they had also invalidated my free oil changes because, according to them, I had taken too long to do them, a RAM with less than 10k miles.

Great people at the servicing department, But work quality isn't good. They will be friendly and may appear to be helpful, but you will certainly not get what you paid for. One of those situations that I can't explain. But you do what feel like doing experiences might be different and business gets better and make changes. Mine wasn't the best, your might be good.

Talked to Robert my salesperson, he made everything happen through the phone and no hassles, he had everything ready for me and only took about 30-40 minutes at the dealership, he also went through all the functions on my new dodge ram 1500, the finance person Noe was informative on the paperwork and made sure that we understood what was on the contract and explained it. They got me out of a terrible situation with GMC and will not get another GMC, will continue to stay with dodge and will make my future purchases with them.

Terrible service at the paint and body. They did such a lousy job that i plan on trading in the car. All they do is overcharging insurance companies. And push the car to the coustomer. Never will i return to this place. I don't even want to look at their new cars if this is how they do business.
