I've been a customer of this Butitta for at least 8-10 years. They were recommended to me by a lifelong Rockford resident who always had great experiences with their services. They are very friendly, honest and do great work! I can always count on Neil at the front desk and Craig in the service area to tell me exactly what is wrong, give accurate estimates and fix the problem the first time. This is the 4rd vehicle - Chevy Trailblazer, Mazda minivan, Ford Escape and now a Chevy Traverse - I've taken to them and I have always been satisfied with their services. I have taken my vehicles to the Butitta Brothers on N Main for the last two years. They have always been friendly, efficient, and most importantly- got the repair right. I've had oil changes, wheel bearings, brake pads, and a few miscellaneous minor things repaired. Thank you for getting me on the road safely each time!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Nate and Neil were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job finding me the correct aluminum radiator for my antique car. They kept me informed on progress and parts decisions. I would like to give the credit deserved to Trevor who performed the installation. He went above and beyond and completed a professional job that exceeded my expectations. The installation looks and performs like it should. Fair price and highly recommend them for your auto needs.
