The vacuum didn’t work and there’s no coin return so I lost $2. Then I tried the car wash and there was no soap for the brush or through the sprayer so I lost another $7. Neither were marked in anyway that they w weren’t operational. I tried to speak with the management about it but they couldn’t care less. Never ever going back again.

The only self service car wash that I know of in the H'ville area. I would like to see less soap suds when you use the brush. Makes it harder to see where you are cleaning, and makes you take longer to wash it off...hmmm....more quarters....

Everything worked. Pretty clean. Plus cheap. The hoses left some black marks on my white car but you can't expect perfection from a self serve carwash. It's good for what it is.

Tried 3 different vacuums THEY ALL SUCKED & 1 ate my $ and didn't even turn on or refund it. This is why some people have a hard time supporting local establishments such as these. Please do BETTER & fix this mess

Edit.. Went this morning and was lucky enough to get the last $5 in coins. Tried to drop a few more bucks in but it was empty. Everything else worked fine. Only suggestion for next upgrade would be updating the machines to take bills. I think it would increase your business. Wld have given 5 stars except for the fact I cldnt do a final rinse. Will go back just have to remember to load up on coins. Said it was open at 6am this morning. Got there but cldnt get change from either machine. Not sure if they are turned off or not operational. Will try again. Like the option of doing my own car. Will post again to b

I drove by and tried 2 bays - it took my money and didn’t work. Plus just a lot of trash and mud laying around. It doesn’t look like they are maintaining it or even care. I’ll just pay the $8 at a nice car wash.

No soap, worn out brushes , dirty and trash everywhere, low water pressure, broken pavement. I will never use again. It has gone downhill last ten years.

I think we should report this as blight to the area so the city can look into it. From my experience, i didn't even know it eas a functioning car wash.

Only one bay has a brush and machine nozzle broken off, bring a pair of pliers and your own soap.

I was in the first bay. I deposited $3.75. NO SOAP! other than a mere trickle from the “foaming” brush. Waste of time and money. The only phone number listed gets the company that provides chemicals. No way to get a hold of of owner to correct or get refund.

Looks abandoned to me. Drove here for the vacuums and none of them even have hoses. Everything is in disrepair. I doubt they even work.

Well the vacuum did not work properly. 2 of the 4 vacuums didn't work properly either. They had 3 of 4 wash stations working at the time I was there.

This is an awful car wash, the water spray and soap spray are fine, the the soap brush did not work at all, hard to get a car clean without that!

Everything is broken the knob is gone do you can't press rinse or foam brush. There is only 1 place out of 4 that has both spray and foam brush. Foam brush doesn't even work or have a holder so you risk getting dust and rocks in your paint. Drive to suds n wash in Cornelius 4 mins away or you will pay $2 for water in your car at this place. What a joke Huntersville

Change machines were not working and stalls with no working spray nozzle. Please get the place working or close it to save other customers from wasting time driving here. Thanks

This is a fine DIY carwash. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 $1.25 for three minutes of pressure wash including soap and rinse options. I did not try the other options. $1.25 is cheap for an open bay pressure wash. Wand worked well. No leaking from connections. Timer was within 5 seconds of my phone timer. So, they are not short changing the customer in any way. Bays are wide open. With plenty of vacuum cleaner option. I think there were 4 in front of the bays and several more vacuum cleaner options behind the bays. Also had coin operated vending for car towels/chamois etc. I did not use the vending options. The parking lot and bays are older and do show signs of wear and age. So what? I am not eating here, I am washing a work truck. Lost one star because of overall condition. Again no biggie it is what it is. Google maps does show the building one away as this location. No biggie just an fyi.

Save your money.Basically everything's broke and half the stuff is missing. Only one wand out of the four stalls was working. And you better be quick cause you're two dollars, and quarters doesn't last long. I would suggest finding somewhere else. This place is garbage..

Shew, I really don’t know the best way to rank this DIY car wash. If I could, I’d give it a 2.5, but I just can’t round up to 3 for this one. It has a lot of issues, with a couple of pros buried in there somewhere. Bottom line, if you only expect one stall to work — and no one is waiting for that one working stall — then sure, maybe it’s a 4‑star experience. The problem is that only one stall functions 100%. The rest are either full of standing water (they don’t drain) or missing vital parts, like the spray nozzle, which is kind of important. Where parts are missing off hoses, they are left just hanging/dangling from the ceiling/walls. Worse yet, no one has cordoned off these non working stalls and I saw 2 - 3 other drivers pull in trying to figure out if they worked or not, which I am sure aggravated them with thoughts of wasted time. Honestly, if I hadn’t seen someone already using the one working stall, I might’ve thought the place was abandoned too and drove off. I’m not sure why the owner wouldn’t at least replace the nozzles, which would immediately open the place up to more customers (Note: I wouldn't be surprised if that means something else is wrong...). Even that one working stall doesn’t get a full 5 stars. As others have mentioned, the whole place is a mess and could use a good cleaning — although that’s not uncommon for most DIY car washes. With all that said, there are a couple of pros. The price isn’t bad. It’s only two bucks (cash only), and I think that buys you four or five minutes, which is on the low side but still cheaper than the $3–$4 that many places around Charlotte now charge just to get started. The change machine actually worked too, which is always hit or miss at these kinds of places. Finally, another surprising win was the water pressure and soap in the one working stall, which was actually above average than similar places I have been. Honestly, almost too good — I was surprised by how much soapy water came out, leaving the ground pink/purple. A lot of car washes have been skimping on soap lately; this place is the opposite. Finally, the design deserves a mention. You can tell that at one time this place was really nice, with a unique rock‑wall look that gave it some character. It’s just not being maintained anymore, which is a shame, because the framework is there for a nice place!
