If anyone is close to to this place and needs maintenance or emergency assistance with your trailer this is the place to go . I called a few places and some just told me no can or need to wait a week to help you . Then I found this place and right away a worker seen me and came over to see if I needed help . The mechanic knows his stuff right away he got to looking and seeing what parts would be needed as well as recommending check all 4 wheels 🛞 . Trailer is brand new not even 1 week on the road but you know life happens ⬆️⬆️ups and ⬇️⬇️downs . Owner is a good guy 👍 will tell you what it is if it can be done and will put a lot of effort to get you running . Not just me I was in the office and he was making calls trying to get parts for other customer from nearby states . He showed me an app that I never would have found on my own . Called “truck down “ helps you find a lot of stuff you need as a truck/ hotshot driver . Helps connect you to businesses that are a must if you are OTR or even just locally based. 10/10 would recommend . 💯💯💯

Hello everyone, it will take some time to read my review of this unique company, but trust me, it is worth it. I own a 33,000-pound Class A Motorhome, and while spraying my air springs with silicone spray, I accidentally discovered that one of my air springs was dislodged (see photos). Upon further inspection, I noticed that the upper air spring mount beam cracked along the weld (see pictures). As a mechanical engineer with 45 years of experience and a Navy engineering officer as well, I have enough experience to know that this is a hazardous situation. The risk of using a motorhome was over 95%. I called in BY Repair Services, LLC, who specialize in inspections, complete rebuilding, in-house service, logistics, welding, mobile repairs & replacements, and more for 18-wheelers trucks, and trailers. They had never worked with the RV, but agreed to help me. They did a unique job of joining the frame parts, putting two 5 mm stainless steel plates on each frame part, and connecting them with a corner of the same thickness for strength. In addition, they found that the rubbed part of the beam from the main frame damaged the floor of the motorhome. They repaired this problem too, putting an aluminum plate, having previously isolated it as a foreign metal. The whole work took more than 6 hours. This very complex work of joining frame parts and welding under challenging conditions was carried out by a very experienced and the best welder in Pennsylvania, Valentyn Babych (in my opinion, also please see the photo of his certificate), and under the constant help and guidance of Andrey Lyashchuk, General Manager of the company. To say that these are professional people and a good team is the same as saying nothing. Andrey gathered experts of different ages and from various countries and organized one BIG FAMILY, surrounded by care, participation, and full readiness to help any customer, even with an unusual problem, like mine. I was not afraid to call this team a FAMILY. I have not met such a friendly and professional team with colossal support and care from the General Manager in the last 30 years! I am very grateful to the whole team, especially Andrey Lyashchuk, Valentin Babich, and Victoria Lyashchuk (her warmth, care, and support had no boundaries, THANK YOU, Victoria!)! Yesterday, I was just one of the clients from the neighboring state of Maryland, but yesterday I was happy to acquire another family member and support in a difficult moment. After all, yesterday we planned to go to Niagara, and thanks to God, I found this problem in my diesel pusher. YOU SAVED MY LIFE, MY DISABLED WIFE'S LIFE, AND MY FAMILY's LIFE! THANK YOU!
