If you call about tires you will be redirected to a call center (where they can't even pronounce "Loucks road"). Spoke to a very pushy guy named Will, who tried to sell me budget tires for double what you can buy them elsewhere. I regrettably made an appointment before doing my own research (they also make you put down a $25 deposit). Only giving two stars because they were very helpful and quick to give me my deposit back when I called back 15 minutes later to cancel my appointment. Avoid this place, there are plenty of other options where they don't try to take advantage of you. Edit: I am changing this to 1 star based on the clearly fake reviews that they are paying for, confirmed by another reviewer.

Editing this for transparency to other customers. About 4 weeks ago I was there for a leak in 1 tire. While they were quick in "fixing" this leak in front tire, I didn't notice until couple weeks after that they scammed me. They showed me where the leak was and that they will try fixing it. They "successfully" plugged it and asked me to monitor it. About a week pass by and while the "fixed" tire was okay, same issue now starts in the rear tire. I was puzzled and was just blaming my luck that I would get two leaks in such short time. Well, I took it to another shop this time and they found the nail in exact same location where the first leak was noticed in the front tire when I visited NTB. Immediately I realized instead of fixing the leak in front tire they just swapped the tire from the rear! Same slow air leak issue and in same location! I am going to file complaint to PA Bureau of Consumer protection for this shady practice from NTB (Mavis) employees. Oh and btw they bribe you to write a good review in lieu of $10 off coupon!

Buyer beware. DON'T buy tires from this company. They talked me into paying more money for tires because being a better tire and warranty. When the tires started falling apart they refused to replace the tires. They will always find an excuse why they will not replace and honor their warranties. Don't waste your time or money there

My fiance went to get 4 new tires put on and an alignment. We have been sitting in the parking lot for over 2.5 hours. There was an employee playing with an RC car and then the guy that was working on the vehicle kept watching the other employee playing with the RC car and no one seems to know what they are doing w the vehicle. They literally close in 15min and we are still waiting.

I am from out of town. I pulled up at 6:02pm with what I was told was a flat tire from another place that already replaced my previous tire. My tire wasn’t holding air and I was stranded. Murph & Jose went above and beyond to help me out. They looked at my tire and realized it was a cracked rim. They stayed over 2 hours after hours to help out someone that was literally stranded. These 2 were amazing and if I didn’t leave 3 hours away, I would be loyal to them for the rest of my life. Hard to find great people and Jose & Murph from this place are just that. Highly recommend going there and their great work.

NTB on rt 30 in York were lifesavers today!! I was headed to Philadelphia for work this evening when I got a flat tire. I walked into the shop a few minutes before close asking them for help. They were very pleasant, understanding and fixed my tire within a few minutes!!! I am so very grateful for their help!! Murph and Jose were great! Had a feeling that the brakes were going... and I was right. So I came down to NTB for a brake job. The manager Joey was a joy to deal with. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
