just now New The front end staff here is fantastic. I found a nail in my tire and they managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. They were so busy and I appreciated it so much. Turns out, it didnt puncture the tire, it just got stuck in the track. But the point is that they took the time to help me when they could have easily said "no". I was not charged for a single thing. Those things all mean a lot in this crazy world we live in today. Thank you guys!

The service place gets five stars. The call center they use does not get as many stars. They actually got us an appointment in a timely fashion, but it was very difficult to understand the agent. He had to spell his words in order for me to understand him.

Very easy to get appointment and same day service. Picked up car at the end of the day and was told the low pressure tire warning would go out after driving a couple miles. I drove the car 10 miles and the warning light and sensor failure warning were still on. Called Monro and they asked if I could bring the car back. I brought the car back and met with a persistent mechanic that struggled with the issue but was able to solve the problem. I thought the price was very expensive after I looked up the price of the sensors on the web and saw I paid a much higher price. Chose not to go to the Ford dealer because I thought the price would be high. Not sure I saved any money on what I thought would be an easy fix.

Scheduled a tire leak and patch and dropped my truck off at 7:30. After 8 hours I called to se what was going on and was told they couldn’t find the leak and to monitor the tire. After arriving at the store to get my truck, I found it parked in a location I didn’t feel was appropriate and told the front desk employee filling in for the typical manager. I stated I didn’t like that it was parked right next to the exit in a non parking spot where traffic pulls in and out. He stated he doesn’t like working in a busy parking lot. I then took my truck home and sprayed the whole tire down locating and eventually plugging the hole. Not only did they not find my leak, but also missed out on getting the tire replacements I did the following week. Poor service, communication and attitude results in none of my future business.

A few weeks ago, I blew a tire right outside the Monro Muffler on Queen Street, and Kevin was absolutely amazing. He came out and helped me put on my donut right away, then gave me a precise, accurate quote for new tires and walked me through all the payment options clearly. When it came time to schedule, Wes did a great job picking up where Kevin left off and made the whole process smooth. We ended up replacing all 4 tires on my Nissan Rogue, plus getting an oil change and a rear brake light replaced—all done in a reasonable time. After that, they worked on our Audi Q5, replacing the brakes and sensors and checking out a tire sensor. The entire experience was fantastic. Kevin was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Between Kevin and Wes, the customer service was top-notch. Monro has definitely earned our trust, and this will be our go-to shop moving forward!

I called just before closing on Dec. 23, and Kevin answered all my questions, qualified my needs, and confirmed he would immediately order the new tire and have it on December 24. I went to the service center on the 24th, and Michael jumped into action and replaced my tire in 15 minutes!

Ive been going to this location for many years. Had 3 different cars pass through here in that time. This has been the only time there were some confusions with scheduling. I know they've had a new call center in place and it seems the right info is not always communicated. My appt had to be pushed back a few hours and twice now after an alignment service. It does t seem either one was done or not done correctly. I go back soon for another service so they can make it right. Kevin and the team all in all are good guys. 👍

I'm not a fan of the scheduling process. It took twice as long to schedule the appointment and I was quoted a price of $70 for a synthetic oil change after a $20 rebate which would be applied. The person at the call center was not educated on how the rebate program worked or the fact that the price she quoted was for a standard 5 quart oil change. My vehicle required 8 quarts. Fortunately, Kevin (who has been there for years) is a great communicator and explained everything to me. I've always had a great relationship with this shop and the folks who work there. I know going forward to question anything the call center says. Thanks Kevin for reaching out. It's good to know customer service is still alive and well at the Queen Street location!

I'm very late at posting this review but this past summer we were traveling to the York area and ran into issues with a brake hanging up. Of course we were in a time crunch to get it repaired to continue our trip. We called Monro and they told us to bring it right in! I met Kevin, who runs the shop for 17 years, 10 minutes before they closed at 650pm. He heard my problem and said they would check it out the next morning. He did and said there was nothing wrong besides a radiator cap needed replaced. He’s honest and true to his word. I’ll be back and I am sending my girlfriend there because he’s honest.
