We took our vehicle to C&C they charged us $85.00 a hour.to test it then they said they didn't know what was wrong with it. Our friend is a mechanic. in 10 minutes found the problem and in 30 minutes had fixed the problem. The mechanics at C&C are supposed to be master mechanics. And they lied to us about what they had done. Do not use this shop unless you want to get ripped off.

Tried to stack up the cost of towing by an additional $25, I questioned the difference based on local towing and distance. The local towing which was 2 blocks away from C&C and, didn't appear to eager to assist customer service and or care. Also once questioned on towing the employee tried to insult my intelligence by stating the tow company had to hook it up to get it on the tow truck. Not doubt! Definitely didn't get my business!

Had a problem with our diesel pickup as we were traveling through Purcell. (By the way this was about 4:45 on a Friday afternoon). I tried to call C&C but didn't get an answer. Figured they were already closed for the day but a few minutes later a tech called back and apologized for missing my call! (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). Told him what was happening. He asked me to come to their shop. After another call for directions we finally arrived there. He immediately broke away from a conversation he was in and checked the truck for error codes. He obviously couldn't fix anything at that time of day but gave me good advice so we could continue on our way. I can't say enough good for the help he gave me! He was very friendly and helpful through it all. If we lived anywhere close to Purcell they would definitely be getting my business!

Discovered that our vehicle had a significant coolant leak during a fuel stop at Purcell. C&C was located by searching Google Maps and we limped the van to their location. The guys at C&C jumped right on it, located the correct replacement hose(s), and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Awesome customer service at reasonable costs!

Not what I asked to be repaired charged me for intake leak and three connectors and none was replace charged for coolant flush but they didn't remove thermostat to flush it or replaced it charged me for oil conditioner car only has 85000 miles and is a ninety model riveria ran very smooth when I took it in do the work now has a very rough idle asked them about it the man behind the counter said its due to low compression after 2300 dollars I've been a master auto technician for 40 years this shop is a joke only reason I had them repair my cars is I'm handicap now and not able to do the repairs myself charged me for connectors they didn't replace......and I took my lumina to have radiator hoses replaced cost 1200 dollars this shop has no concern for their customers only the money they can scam from them.....beware they don't do anything under 1000 dollars
