First time here. It’s a tire shop but they also perform other standard services as well. I needed an oil change. Johanna greeted me with a warm hello. She answered my questions and gave me options to save money. I was very grateful for her honesty. I truly felt she was trying to help me with the best option that benefited me. She is very personable and she is straight forward. Some people may not like that. I do because I don’t want any surprises. I want to know upfront. They got me taken care of very quickly. I was even told about a possible leak in my oil tank. I’m very pleased with C&M Best Tire Shop. I will definitely be back! Thank you Johanna! God bless.

I do not appreciate the mistreatment of my vehicle at this shop. I brought my car in for an alignment and balance only — there was no reason for anyone to take it on a “test drive.” I gave absolutely no consent for my car to leave the lot, and no one at your shop ever informed me that a test drive would be performed. It should have never left your property in the first place. I have dash cam footage that clearly shows one of your employees aggressively accelerating my car to 63 mph in a 45 mph zone without my knowledge or permission. If the owner or manager would like to see proof, I am more than willing to share the video. This was a disgusting first impression of your business. I will not be coming back, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. If you want your car to be floored onto a main road and driven recklessly by employees, then this is the place. Otherwise, stay away.

I had such a great experience at C&M Best Tire Shop LLC! The service was quick, honest, and very reasonably priced. Johanna was absolutely wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Oscar, the tire mechanic, did an excellent job on my car and took the time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really knows his stuff! It’s hard to find a shop where both the front desk and the mechanics truly care, but this place has both. Highly recommend!

I visited C&M Best Tire Shop because of their 5-star reviews on Google, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that level of service. I needed two front tires replaced and also showed the employee a nail in my left rear tire. He confirmed the nail and said it would cost an extra $23 to fix it. I agreed and asked him to repair it along with replacing the front tires. Before the work was finished, I was asked to pay upfront, which I found a bit unusual, but I went ahead and made the payment. When I picked up the car a couple of hours later, the front tires were replaced, and I had no issue with that part of the service. However, I noticed that the tire pressure was uneven—one tire was inflated to 38 PSI while it should be 33 PSI, and another was at 31 PSI. I fixed this myself at a gas station, but while adjusting the pressure, I noticed that the nail I had asked to be fixed was still in the tire—completely untouched. I immediately called the shop and explained the situation. The person on the phone, who claimed to be the owner, insisted that I must have gotten a new nail somewhere else. This was frustrating because it was the exact same nail I had shown him the day before, and it was clear that the repair was never done. I offered to drive back from Homestead (a long distance), just asking them to fix what they had agreed to do. The owner was dismissive and unwilling to help. Upon checking my invoice, I noticed there was no mention of the tire repair, further confirming that the repair was likely never done. I usually avoid leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but this experience left me no choice. A good business is not just about changing tires—it’s about honesty, customer service, and doing what you promised. Unfortunately, C&M Best Tire Shop failed in those areas. Now, I have to find another place to fix the tire, costing me more time and money. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Stopped by C&M Best Tire Shop in Hollywood, Fl to have these tires replaced (their condition is a long story). Corey (not sure that's how you spell her name, should have asked) was very attentive from arrival to departure. She was very helpful with the entire experience. While there I also met the owner (don't recall his name). Very nice and cordial man. The used tires they sold me were in very good shape and the price was just right. The service guy did a good job on replacing the tires and installing them on the vehicle. However, he started with the wrong tire. Luckily though it needed to be replaced anyway. But it seemed as though he wasn't too familiar on how to store the spare tire. He left a cable hanging that needed to be attached to the spare tire. Had it not been noticed the cable could have been damaged while driving. He also never replaced the hubcap for the tire he replaced. These are minor concerns but they can affect a 5 star rating. Overall I would go back if I required additional services. Thank you guys...

Didn’t know what to expect but I knew if my picky family members go here that it must be trustworthy & I was not disappointed!! Mike helped every step of the way, provided explanations & honest breakdowns of what my options were, what was wrong & what he could do for me. The technician was also amazing and thorough and above all honest! Honesty is so important in a shop it’s the one thing that people are apprehensive about when going to a new mechanic especially as a woman. It’s been 3 days since she’s (my car) been fixed and I’ve been driving around from FTL to Miami everyday and she’s been doing amazing! I will be coming back eventually to do the remaining work I have to catch up on but truly 5 star service! Mike checked in after to make sure all was good, when my cousin got his car fixed last week they offered Ubers for him and all. Glad to live so close to an honest & great shop.

Had a great experience at the shop today. Stopped in for an oil issue and they diagnosed the problem, offered reasonably-priced fixes and even offered me a small discount when I asked. They also caught a couple of suspension issues. Mike was very helpful throughout the experience. Will be back, but hopefully not too soon. (No one wants car trouble.)
