I think this is the first review that I’ve ever wrote. My experience at Cache Car Wash and Detail was amazing. The staff was super kind and helpful and gave me a great price to just clean up a little diesel spill in the back seat of my truck. I really liked how open and honest they were and willing to keep trying to get the diesel out when it proved to be difficult. The customer service was great as well. I got to sit down on their couch and drink a soda from their soda fountain while I waited and one of the staff members kept asking if I was okay and if I needed anything. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I would 10/10 recommend these guys.

The customer service was outstanding! They were able to work with me and i was able to drop my car off after work and pick it up in the morning! It looks amazing and you cant even tell i spilled something. It looks brand new!

It was a very bad experience, my car got a couple of scratches after washing. They didn't accept even after showing scratches, the manager was not responsive. I did called manager couple of times, they said will check the CCTV footage and will call me back. But no body called me back till date and nobody showed me the footage.

Generally, I like this wash. It's a decent price and I actually love their Add-Ons, just wish their vacuums were better. Details below. Wash: I always come here for a high quality wash. Their tunnel is effective, although the lower third of my doors doesn't get cleaned as well as I'd like. Fair prices for what you get. There are techs at the end of the tunnel who will clean your windows and mirrors. It's hit or miss if they do a decent job. I usually give my own windows a wipe down after anyway. Add-Ons: My favorite thing about Cache Car Wash is that they will clean my rubber floor mats. It's extra of course but no matter how gross my mats are going in, they always come out looking brand new. They'll also do a cargo mat if you have one. THAT keeps me coming back, if they stopped doing it, I'd go elsewhere. Vacuums: Vacuums are mid. They get the job done but they're nothing special. If I could change things, I would want their vacuums to have two different suction heads, a pressurized air blaster, and rags to wipe down your door jams and such. That would make a 5-star experience for me.

Super fast! Vacuum and car wash did a great job. I haven’t been able to come in to get car cleaned since before I broke my neck and had surgery in September. So it was dirty they got it done in less than 30 min. They have upped their game since last time and give a little cloth and air freshener.

They always take care of me. I have 5 vehicles on unlimited plans and I make use of them. It’s great to get discounts on the express cleanings. I love that they wipe all the windows. I have also had them detail and handwash a couple 1967 cars to get them ready for a car show. Everything always looks great.

I acquired a vehicle about a month ago that had been severely smoked in. The customer service at the Logan location was OUTSTANDING!! They did a vacuum and shampoo plus the NuVinAir Refresh. The cigarette smoke smell was practically gone after they finished. Great job!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price. Thank you Cache Car Wash. Holy smokes!!! Ricky and the crew up here are amazing!! Not only are they quick but detail oriented and thorough. I took my personal SUV to them and they did an amazing job. Next I brought them a dirty old work truck…… the thing inside looks like it was just pulled off the lot!! It’s 6 years old. I wish I had a before picture to add. Couldn’t say enough good about this place. Definitely check them out!!

Very disappointed!! I was excited to get my car detailed because they’d done a great job on my mom’s car. When I picked it up I had to have them come out and look at glaring deficiencies such as parts not vacuumed and chunky residue left on the seats e that I paid extra to have conditioned. I had to leave it with them for another 20 minutes and when I went back to swap out for my daughter’s vehicle to be cleaned I had to get them again because they hadn’t wiped or vacuumed dirt out of the cargo space. I gave them a $5 tip because I thought they had been responsive, but when my daughter and I got in my car and drove away, we could see that only part of the dash had been done and the screen was smeared and dirty. I figured I’d deal with it - yet again - when we came back to pick up my daughter’s car. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he’d just left. I asked the employee to come look at my car and when I showed him the things that hadn’t been done correctly he told me I had to pay for a more expensive detail because “The Works” (plus the other options I’d paid for) was basically just a wipe down and then he rushed off saying he had to dry off a truck. As I left he gave me a smug little smile and waved. Won’t go there again!!😡

I'm so amazed at how my truck looks. My 18 year old had my truck for about 6 months. I honestly wish I took before and after photos. This truck looks nicer than it did we we purchased it. Worth every single penny. Their car wash is also the only one that has gotten my truck all the way clean. Thank you Cache Car Wash. Hurry get your vehicles in ASAP
