I used to like that they had the free vacuums and towels and spray you can clean the inside of your car with but that’s really the only extra benefit here…. Every time I come my license plate never scans and they tell me it’s because I have 2 accounts and my tag is attached to a canceled account. Then I have to wait like 5 mins for someone to go inside and make sure I even have an account…. I don’t even come anymore because it’s just so much of a hassle every time I come. The paint on my car is also starting to chip off and it has to be from coming to this car wash. I have only been maybe 6-8 times total in the past 6 months and I have tons of paint chips missing off my car I never had before. I’m canceling my membership at this point…. The staff is always really helpful but it’s just not worth the hassle for me.

I’ve been going to different Caliber locations for years but this one takes the cake. Everything was well stocked and I swear it got my car cleaner than any other one I’ve been to. The staff at the location are amazing, specifically Thomas who was extremely helpful and friendly.

I’m really disappointed- I have been a caliber customer since the beginning and have always loved the options, the staff has always been friendly and it was a great weekly experience (I had the membership) when the location on 441 opened I went there, I was cleaning my SUV windows, when the door opened and where they had the bracket for the bottled bumped and it left a nasty dent on my door- I brought it to the attention of the manager, who was really rude and told me it was my fault and there is nothing they could do. I canceled my membership mostly because of the way I was treated in going over that perhaps that was a bad place to put the bottle rack. A nice assistant manager came out, took a report, pictures and attempted to make face. It has been about a month and no communications. Mis-management and an upset loyal customer who is taking my business elsewhere.

Have a monthly membership and use it on my work car and personal car. Gets cars very clean and the vacuum area has plenty of suction and cleaning supplies such as window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, and pressurized air with lots of cleaning cloths

The crew strive to provide a good service, always clean and well stocked with glass and multipurpose cleaners with towels, vacuums are the strongest in have seen, the Sunday afternoon crew were on top of things, I love my car, and always keep it clean, the crew always attentive to the bugs and with love bug season starting, this crew is always going the extra mile to ensure to spray them off. UPDATE 1-11-25. Since my last review, I am upset in the running of the Pine street location, apparently it is under new management, well it's gone down hill, vacuums are always down, and it's never stocked with enough dry towels to wipe down what the machine does not clean off, half the jets in the washer don't spray, and the ones that do are under too much pressure, I am worried that it's gonna chip off my finish, I am paying for the platinum service but getting aluminum service, please bring back the managers who ran it and kept the place operational and clean and stocked,

Equipment constantly under repair at this particular location only. The one in East Silver Springs as far as superior.😞 Staff never has enough rags and window cleaning bottles out. The brushes they clean your car in the tunnel don’t come down or touch your car due to being disabled or broken. 🙄 I don’t know why this location is always under repair and has inadequate staffing.

I absolutely love the Caliber car wash on Pine Street!! Never am I not greeted with a smiling face. They go out of their way to make sure that each day that I go through there that I am satisfied. Yes I’m a daily customer. My household all use their services. I switched from RaceWash to them because I wasn’t satisfied with the service they provided

The staff was great however, the quality of the wash has deteriorated- I bought the $25 wash & wax - the time in the wash tunnel was significantly shorter than usual and the drying step was inefficient. definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at this car wash. At the vacuum area, there are towels, which I guess you’re supposed to dry your own vehicle. I have a truck - I couldn’t even reach all the areas that were still wet. I don’t know if this is all Caliber car washes or just this one but I’m thinking that it must be the way Caliber does business now. I rarely stop at the vacuum area when getting my truck washed, I don’t want to have to stop there to dry it off. Time to find a different car wash, It’s just that simple.

This is the newest Caliber in the area. Good location. This car wash is one of a chain. It is conveniently looking cated off Highway 200 and 441. There are a few different ways to get in a nd a few different ways to go out. You are not stuck waiting for traffic....unless you just like that. This Caliber has all the amenities the others do like car mat vacuums, car cleaning products like glass wash and Al purpose cleaner at no extra charge. The vacuum is fantastic. I wish they had the wands though. I have used those at other car washes and they are great for getting in the cracks.

I had visited there after signing up for texts and received a promotional code for a nearly free Graphene Wash. I had heard good things, but unfortunately, my car sustained damage from the wash system. I had to request the staff stop operations to retrieve the cap of my side view mirror that was ripped off. The staff member Christian informed me that they had just replaced equipment and that they hadn’t “tweaked everything” yet. He took pictures, and we put together a claim in the main office which he said would result in my getting a call/email within 3-4 business days to address repairs and a path forward. This was the beginning of December and I never received a phone call or email. I followed up at the end of December and submitted my own claim. I have yet to hear any correspondence from Caliber. This is very disappointing as the damage occurred as a result of equipment malfunction on the operators behalf. I had heard good things about Caliber, but I am here to report that if you experience any sort of issue, you can expect to be left hanging by the company. Poor customer service.

The location is nice, the utilities there are great, and the people there are so nice. Would give these folks 6/5 stars if I could.

i hardly ever go to car washes but the guys i had at checkout were really nice i appreciated that and when i went around some young girl was supposed to direct me where to go when i pull up and didn’t at all so my tire got stuck in the wrong place on the track and instead of helping me she rolled her eyes and yelled what are you doing . Not very professional at all . She didn’t tell me to move my tire left or right no hand signals nothing . She was very rude i don’t recommend

Hi everyone, I had a really unpleasant surprise today after washing my car at Caliber Car Wash (815 S PINE AVE, OCALA, FL). My car’s antenna was ripped off during the wash, and I was shocked to learn that they DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for this kind of damage. When I spoke with the employee in charge, I was told—very matter-of-factly—that THEY DON’T COVER ANY DAMAGE TO ANTENNAS OR WIPERS. I was honestly surprised that my car could be damaged there and that the business wouldn’t do anything about it. Just sharing this so others are aware: if your car’s antenna or wipers get damaged there, THEY ARE NOT LIABLE AT ALL. I think that’s really poor customer service and disappointing business practice
