Drove by here at 11 am and at 1pm on the 2nd of May and the service was closed both times. I just signed up for limitless service and can't even get my car washed once! I called the location in Columbus and was told there was no ETA on opening but I could wait in the vacuum area until they do open. Apparently the "tunnel isn't working", You're brand new. Not a good way to start a relationship with a new customer. Might have to cancel membership and just use the service on Fort Benning. Update....3pm same day Finally got to get my car washed and?? The bird droppings are still on my car! The same one that was on my grill is there and the hood now has freshly washed bird stains. Same bugs on windshield too, had to buff them off at home after I got out to inspect. My car is three weeks old and now looks like its three years old. Wash took all of a minute. There is no way I got a good wash with ceramic coating added in one minute. Spent more time in the air dry part of tunnel than the wash. I shouldn't have to come home and finish the work I paid you to do. Nor should I have to get out of my car and check it before I leave. Never have I had to double check a car wash. You pay wash and go super simple but, not here. Update 5-5-22 Went through wash second time and the bird feces is still there.took pictures this time before and after. A second wash solves nothing if your machinery is not fixed to correct the problem.

Recently, I've experienced quality issues with the car wash experience. On my last three visits, my front driver-side hubcaps were damaged, while boarding the entrance belt. Apparently, the guide (two different people) did not position my approach properly. The hubcap isn't expensive, but I will have to buy a replacement. This hasn't happened in numerous, previous visits.

I always hand wash my vehicles because I am terrified of the scratches these car washes make on cars. We are moving next week and all my car wash supplies had been packed and I am shipping my Truck overseas so it has to be washed and clean in order for them to ship it so I was forced to take it to a car wash 😩. I looked at all the reviews and thought this one may be my best bet. $23 dollars later my truck has a new scratch and it still needs to be wiped down again 🤦🏻♂️. The underbody of the truck is still just as dirty as it was before I went through the car wash. Also a group of kids kept coming to me as I was vacuuming it out and asking to do it for me for money. They asked 3 different times over a 15-20 minute period. The only positive is the vacuums worked very well and they supplied rags and cleaner for the inside of the vehicle.

I must say I am new to Columbus and this is the first car wash I have tried and I love it. I love the customer care I received from Mike on my visit, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the vacuum station which is amazing and the weekend promotions. I will continue to come back, thanks Mike for making this experience great for me

The staff is friendly. Only good thing I can say about it. Only went there cuz I got a coupon. The rails scratched the ever living hell out of my rims, I literally have paint chips all over my car where paint was removed either from the brush or the machine itself, my mat got stuck in the mat cleaning machine multiple times and the only person I could find was using the sandpaper mop there was nobody in the building. Took me like 20 minutes to get someone to help me. On top of that, my car was still extremely dirty after the car wash, to the point where I literally sat there for an hour wiping my car down, dirt spots everywhere that came off with a gentle wipe. And to top it all off, I didn't notice until I was done vacuuming the interior of my car, but ALL of my rims were dripping with muddy water..... They weren't even that dirty and I had to sit there and wash each one myself with the microfiber towels because they were covered in mud water. That was with the caliber wash. Then, on the way out I went to go fill up my tires with air, and the air pump was not working. I genuinely don't understand how you could have repeat customers here. I have scratches all over my car. On my hood and my trunk I have paint chips were paint was ripped off or scratched off either by the sandpaper brush they used to swipe all of your car or inside the wash itself. Craziest part is I was trying to speak to someone about this but it seemed like they only had two people there.... To manage the entire car wash.... One person to greet you, one person to scratch your car with a dirty brush. I literally walked inside the office knocked on every door, no one else was there. Only reason I went was because I got a $10 coupon for the graphene wash. Now I have an absurd amount of damage to my car's paint, and even worse to my rims. Thanks GOD I waited to get my wheels refurbished.

Had a hard time getting bugs off of my front bumper, and the female worker did not do anything to get them off prior to the wash, but Mike took the time to get as much off as he could prior to sending me BACK through the wash. Very professional and incredibly helpful. Will be coming back just for Mike.

Mr.Mike was very helpful and the customer service was great!! I definitely recommend coming to caliber car wash because you can vacuum your car and the vacuums work very well! No pre wash, the kid that was supposed to pre wash barely even put 2 suds on the car because he was on the phone and missed his opportunity to get to my vehicle. No clean towels at all to even cover the parts that the actual wash missed. Great place, but subpar employees

Two of the employees at this location of Caliber car wash was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Though car washes were exquisite. I give it a 10 out of a 10 but if I can give it higher. I would, the 2 employees names were spade and sommer. Thank you so much. Truly appreciate you guys.

I tried to give this place a chance because of the “no tire shine” wash, but this time the vacuums were off!!!! If there was a sign with “no vacuums”, I would’ve spent my money elsewhere!! First time two weeks ago I was waiting 20 minutes after 8am for the to open, and the second time only partial amenities were offered. I’m done.

I stopped using the car wash over the summer because alot of functions didnt work. I got a text for half off each month for 3 months to renew. I took a chance. It did not pay off. 2 of the 4 spin brushes do not work. The right side of the rinse sprayers are diminished, the tire shine doesn't work, and all of the vacuums are down.
