Called set up an appointment because I didn’t want to drop truck off told me they were busy till Tuesday so I waited and came in then and when I got there I told some fat guy and he had no idea talked about lunch they were not ready for me they were working on other cars why make people make appointments if your not gonna keep them bunch of idiots

Only reason i tried this place was because of a coupon book. If it wasn't for the fact that my oil change and rotation was free would have rated a zero. Second time here and hour and half is way too long. Can do it quicker in my driveway. Besides that they have a cat in the office and whole place smells like cat pee. Don't come here.

Always found the service work to be done properly and for a fair price. The poor review from Bill is ridiculous, you don't need a shop that has such high quality of expertise to change your oil. The cat may be a legitimate complaint.

This place is amazing!! They have helped me through several repairs and always offer a very fair price. The owners always make me feel so welcomed and they always take their time to educate me on my vehicle so I have a good understanding of what is going on. I have gone here several times after a chain repair shop recommended expensive repairs just to be told at ABs that those repairs weren’t needed. Would highly recommend.

I am giving one star because their customer service in terms of communication is good, they did call me when my car was ready and answered my calls. However, after having to go back a second time for them to repair their initial work and over a $1000 later to still have the same issue and having to spend more time and money on this. I do not recommend this shop save yourself some time and money, do more research and get your work done somewhere else. I am having to go to another shop anyway.

*1/5 stars - ABS Automotive: Scam Artists Alert!* I'm writing this review to warn others about the horrific experience I had with ABS Automotive. They sabotaged my car, ripped me off, and left me stranded in 7-degree weather with three young children. I took my 2016 Ford Focus SE to their shop on 11/19/2025, suspecting issues with the fuel pump or starter. They charged me $130 for diagnostics without inspecting anything. The mechanic, Jose, claimed it was the lower fuel pump, and I was quoted $1200 for the repair. I sourced my own part, and the labor cost was supposed to be $380. But the final bill jumped to $581.26, with added charges for "tools"? Shortly after leaving, my car overheated due to a CUT SERPENTINE BELT. Yes, you read that right. the mechanics sabotaged my car to get more money from me due to me cutting the middle man out and getting my own part. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed no remorse. I'm left without a vehicle, struggling to care for my babies. DO NOT TRUST ABS AUTOMOTIVE. They're scam artists, plain and simple. *UPDATE:* I've been contacted by multiple people with similar experiences. Seems like this is a pattern of behavior. Watch out, folks!
