I made an appointment for 8 o’clock to get my brakes and rotors changed when I made the appointment, the manager told me an hour Possibly hour and a half top. I was sitting at the shop for almost 3 hours with no update When I finally got my car, I asked what the issue was. He said that he was sent the wrong parts so when I asked for a coupon or a discount, he refused because it wasn’t his fault that he was sent the wrong part.

I had an appointment on 10/03 with Shawn at the E Main st location. I called on 10/02 I asked how much for a diagnosis and to see if a mechanic did me a bad tune up. He then said he had to ask his manager. So the manager said I had to pay $99. On the phone call I scheduled the appointment on 10/02 the employee Shawn said I got you. So I would t have to pay. I wasted my time and gas. Even called off work with no answers or outcomes. This was so unprofessional and the worst experience ever! Never will try to do business with them. They don’t care about customers and this company is very inconsiderate.

Today was my first time visiting the Midas on E Main St. I called prior to taking my vehicle for an inspection and spoke to Zachary. He provided some theories based on my experiences with the recent issues. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle there was little wait time, was greeted professionally, and were given an explanation of what was going to happen. Shortly after an hour of drop off, Zachary call to inform me of the real issue (front brakes)versus my suspicions, he gave me the actual estimate, that he can do the work today, and that my Chevy is a beautiful car. Thank you, Z. An hour and half later, he called again to say my vehicle was ready. I arrived shortly after and Oley was there to cash me out. Nice, professional, and friendly service. Limited and tight parking in the front. If you are facing the Midas, there is parking on the left of the building. Decent prices. Thanks again, Zachary! Visit this Midas for your vehicle needs!!

Had an issue with my calipers that the Midas in Reynoldsburg Bryson Livingston location messed up, so I went to this location and they were absolutely great fix my issue. The place was clean. All the service tax was polite. Facilities are Very clean this is absolutely the best place to go. Do not go to the other location. I repeat do not go to the other location.

First I wanted to leave a review because Shawn was great at the time my car needed fixed and made sure my work was done but we spent 4,000 dollars and my bottom of my car was all scratched up from an employee driving my car on the curve , my rims are all scratched up , they put all my correct tire bolts on but 1 on each tire you would think for $4,000 the equality of the work would of been better. Then we have a warranty on the tires but anytime anything goes wrong the guy Shawn refuses to fix anything or gives us a hard time because he didn’t like we were upset about the problems and because my belt broke right after they gave me the car back from fixing the water pump. We came to them because they did a great job on my husbands car but unfortunately my car was handled with poor care.
