My car was damaged by hail a couple weeks ago and my insurance company suggested Fix Auto and I so glad they did. They were professional, friendly and fast. They had my car for only 4 days and I had so much damage but it looks brand new. They took the time to explain all they had worked on and answered all questions that I had with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone. Side note: Lisa in the office made me believe in customer service again. Kudos to her too.

Fix Auto is awesome. After a minor incident with my car, they coordinated with my insurance to get my car fixed ASAP and even helped coordinate with Enterprise to get me a rental. They kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of work was excellent and should, heaven forbid, I ever had another incident, they would be my go-to to fix it. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive, too. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended!

I was recently involved in an accident. Someone turned in front of me. I've never been in an accident so this was all new to me. I'm beyond happy with the service I received. I got updates the whole time about my car. When I picked it up I was extremely pleased with how my car looked. It was fixed like it was brand new I couldn't even tell where it happened at. Listen, I was in a construction zone and got a bucket dropped off a truck and I hit it 60 mph. They got my car in right away, parts ordered, in and out in a week. Here's the thing I took my truck. to flex auto. After I got into my accident, I picked my truck up. I realized that the door was offline i took the truck back to be fixed. They did try to fix it. When I took my truck to go wash it. I realize that the door was still offline, and it started leaking water in my truck, then when it rained outside. It was still licking water that just goes to show that they kept the same door from the accident. They didn't change it out. I am unsatisfied.

Fix Auto was helpful in coordinating with my insurance company following my vehicle being declared a total loss, and I appreciated their communication throughout the process. However, during my first inspection of the vehicle—approximately two months after it had been in their possession—I discovered a medical marijuana container under the front passenger seat, and the interior had a very strong odor of marijuana. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, as I expected my vehicle to be treated with professionalism and respect, even though it was totaled. While their assistance with the insurance process was satisfactory, the condition in which I found my vehicle significantly diminished my confidence in their standards of care.
