Their customer service was really bad and the main guy was rude both on phone and in person. Was trying to ask a question or explain a situation, and the guy disregarded what i was saying and started talking to an employee and ignoring me. Also they give out false information over the phone. Would not recommend.

One of the absolute worst junkyards in Columbus and the eastern side of the United States. The prices are different for everyone and the workers all look like methadone patients. Sitting on their rusted bar stools with yellow teeth and spitting very inaccurate information. They overcharge for the simplest things and don’t have time for other peoples time. The beat thing that could happen is when these people get too old to work and they leave and hopefully get in debt and sell the business to maybe a group who actually knows what they are doing. I absolutely hate this place and Columbus does too judging by how horrible and flailing their business is. Only a matter of time.

Different prices for people of color. Argued with me about the year of my car based on looking at my alternator... I guess the way I looked I just couldn't be right...brought the part out it matched perfect with the information I provided,then tried to charge me $65 for a old dirty part that cost me $74 at a retail store. When I to buy he told me good luck when walking out the door. Racist plane and simple...could see the pain in his eyes just to have to talk to a person of color😁😂🤣

Straight terrible! Quoted me one price on a radiator and yet when I walked in ended up paying $15 more than quoted, saying they had to order from somewhere else? Pshh sounds like someone wanted to make an extra buck and the best part is they made it seem like they had it in stock, but when we paid we found out that we had to wait another day for them to order it lol that's just bad business

Wish I could give no stars. Went to get a part that had to be pulled, ended up being the wrong part they won't take it back because " they had it specially pulled" I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous the part is fine. It's disgusting there and they are very rude. I will never return and would recommend you find somewhere better. I ended up getting the part I needed $50 less than they were selling anyways!

They are about 20% higher than other yards. Know what you are willing to pay before going. If the price isnt right, there are plenty of other places. On another note i was able to find parts that no other yards had. They were about 50% of retail. With regards to customer service, i dont care as long as they have the part. If you are sensitive and need customer service, go to retail.

This is the billboard example of a non customer service oriented business, as well as a predatory parts seller. I was grossly overcharged yesterday ($40.00 removed)for an item that was quoted to me at much less($20.00 removed) that I could have purchased elsewhere for much less(pick n pull,, $5.00) and had much better treatment and service. Rude service.. I know, its tough to be nice to those customers bringing you our hard earned trust and money. Be prepared for this experience if you are not knowledgeable in working with automobiles in this 'business' in focus here.

Prices to high, even them ordering the parts for you .better off getting on line ordering your parts yourself especially brand new. Some parts you can get new pay extra 5 or 10 dollars at auto part places. For what they be charging for, sometimes juck yard prices not the best 😒 prices when you can get new so check around first and,on line can get new what junk yards be charging.

They're experienced and they know their stuff. I was looking for 2 headlights that had good adjuster brackets. I could only find one and the guy came out in the yard and took two other headlights that had different issues and made one good headlight out of it . so I got my second headlight. Seemed a bit pricey but they did go out of their way to help me.

Don't use these people they're a bunch of fools, they tell you they have a 30-day parts guarantee what they don't tell you is they won't give your money back. They have an in-store credit they will give to you. They tell you this after the fact. Going to file a complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. If zero or minus stats were available that's what I would give them.
