Imagine you are on your 2-year anniversary, your car breaks down on the way to Columbus to see Hamilton, and you are stuck in Ripley, West Virginia. This is by far the WORST business I have EVER encountered. They had my car for 2 1/2 weeks. After picking up my car, there were other problems that weren't problems before I dropped my car off. Every time I tried to take it back, there was another excuse of why that day wasn't a good day. Ron is a very disrespectful guy. I now have to take my car to someone else to fix their mess. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE CROOKS!!!!

Save your money go elsewhere They sold me a 2011 Hyundai sonata that needed a 02 sensor,the car wouldn't get over 65.I get the part take the car to them they did it on my way home the car stops and didn't want to start for 1500 So they tell me well I have a 99 Honda Civic...for 1200 I test drive it the windows don't go down,the whole dashboard dont work,no a.c,no radio nothing was worth it😭😭..They are a family owned shop they treat their family better then the customers after my boss referred me to them just to find out they are family and that's why her car is nice but they will give customers the piece of nothing cars

If you want to buy junk cars or have the worst Mechanics workk on your vehicles. Then take your vehicles to this so called shop. They sold my daughter a junk car. They took advantage of her. Unfortunately I wasn't able to look the car over. If I could I would give this place a zero star.

They called me after diagnosing my truck. They didn't have a machinic that could do the work. They did apologize for not having one. Was very upstanding on me having to get my truck towed from their shop. If they were to have had a mechanic, I would have used them to fix my truck

Don't buy parts here, they are very irresponsible people, I bought two doors for a Honda Civic here, I haven't been able to pass inspection for 3-4 months, they simply can't make a normal invoice.
