Awesome service. Got my brake pads done by a guy I know and come to find out through Mark at Pennington, the guy I know put one of my brake pads on backward! My wheel and side of my car got sprayed with rust from the metal to metal. But I liked the experience I had and friendly/cool service that was given to me

I called Mark because I was in a bit of a bind. My daughter, who is a student at Capital, was having overheating issues with her car and I was 2 hours away and unable to help. Mark was very understanding of my situation and offered his services immediately. Mark looked at the car as soon as my daughter dropped it off, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and completed the repair in just over 24 hours! An this was without an appointment like most shops would require. Mark was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We now have a honest, reliable repair shop in Columbus that we can go back to. Highly recommended!

As a female who doesn’t have much car knowledge, I’m always weary of getting over charged or pressured into accepting a mechanic’s word at face value. I avoid dealerships and chain shops and I am so glad I found Pennington’s. The owner is very warm and personable and takes the time to explain the work needed. They used to have a shop cat, whose framed picture is on the wall- the real seal of approval.
