This place is really good when it comes to the services. We had a very small accident but none of the other places had an availability until 2 months from the time we met with the accident. David was very prompt with the call n also offered me the date within 5 days of our call. Bonus was they gave us a loaner without any charges n when we dropped the vehicle they helped us with in detail information about what needs to be done how long will it take. The staff extremely helpful and sweet and they take their job very seriously. They regularly called n updated us about where the process was and finished the work a day before the given date! Work on the car is so good that my car looks brand new and no sign of even a scratch on the car! Definitely recommend these guys in case u need genuine services! Carstar did a PHENOMENAL job! I hit a deer a while back. I decided to go to them for repairs. They set up the rental, dealt with my insurance, and even dropped my vehicle off to me a day earlier than the estimated date of completion since I couldn't take off work. They did that free of charge. They even detailed my vehicle and gave me a 5 year warranty on parts that were repaired. They took fantastic care of me and were so professional and polite! Highly recommend to anyone in need of collision repairs! Will be returning to them for any work in the future.

I am so happy with my experience with CARSTAR and the work they did on my car. They were communicative, keeping me updated on the status of my car via text, and fairly quick. The quality of the work is great - my car looks good as new. I damaged one headlight (which was replaced) and asked about replacing the other to match, but on my pick up, David offered to have the oxidation on it removed so they looked more similar, which helped immensely. In May of 2024 I bought my very first car. Was so Proud of myself for getting something brand new of my own! But after only having it for almost 6 months. In October of 2024 I hit a buck, he was HUGE. There was my brand new car all messed up. When my insurance company asked me where I would wanna send my car to get fixed I had NO IDEA. But when I say I couldn’t be happier that I picked Carstar on Alum creek! My car got dropped off I believe the 15th of November. I picked it up the 17th of January. Now I know “That’s so Long” I know guys! But with me having a 2024 brand new car I wanted the best and carstar made sure I got the best. My parts were on back order for so long from me having a 2024 car but the moment I picked my car up and seen what a wonderful job they did. It was WELLL worth the wait. To all the employees and the staff thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my car and making it brand new to me again because I thought everything I just worked for would never be the same but it was like nothing had happened at all! Definitely recommending you guys to anyone who asks!

I couldn’t recommend this shop more! This was my first time ever getting body work done on a car and I thought this was going to be a headache of a process. The team at CARSTAR made it so easy for me. They dealt with my insurance, set up the rental for me & kept me informed throughout the whole process. I got my car back looking dang near brand new , like I had just picked it up from the dealership when it was purchased. They had detailed the interior and exterior for me.
