I Told Juan (owner) I had Ac leak he said $185 for repairs get phone call from Assistant (wife) she tells me it’s not fixed and that i need to pay another $165 for the problem I asked to be fixed 1st time. I’ve been living in the area longer then they been Open I wouldn’t recommend going to this place “EVERY”!!

This place is the real deal. It's a family-run operation that, apparently, relies on repeat business from satisfied customers. That means they honestly care about fixing your car without charging ridiculous fees. Quite a refreshing experience.

They charged me $85 to top off my fluids and sent me on my way, even though the problem wasn't addressed or fixed. I don't think they even bothered to test drive it. I took it to someone down the street who told me it was my clutch master cylinder after driving it around the block a few times.

This is the worst place ever. I took my car here for overheating problems. Spent 85 dollars for them to look at it. They called me told me it was the heater core and it was goin to be 1200 dollars to fix it. The price wasnt the problem. But i told them numerous if times to check the head gasket b4 when i took it. Waited 4 days still no answer on the head gasket. No communication. Took it 2 brothers. Next day they found the real problem which was the water pump fixed it and it was 400 dollars. Runs like a champ. They called themselves mechanics. Why couldnt they find this problem. And have it done in a reasonable time. No communication. Btw when i picked my car up to take it to someone else the woman up front was really rude to me. Tokd me never to come back. All i wanted was for someone to fix ir so i can return to work. Or atleast tell me what is goin on with it. But i get nothing.

All I’m gonna say is, it went from questionably being a blown motor to them telling me it was a fuel pump at about $700. I got a phone call back a short while later saying it would be cost of diagnostic they found a fuse that was blown. At several hundred less than my original estimate and me really thinking the engine was blown I could not appreciate their honesty more.

Jd is a very untrustworthy person. He claims that something is wrong with your car but in all honesty it has no problem and he just wants to make money off of you. I brought my Audi in because it was misfiring. After he connected it the the computer he found that it needed a new camshaft sensor and when he put that in my car, it did not come on at all. Then he tried to get me to buy a new engine for 5000 dollars. The engine for this car is much cheaper and he was just trying to rip me off. I called Audi and they said they can replace an engine for 4000. Why would I pay this second rate auto shop a 1000 extra when I can take it to Audi. On top of that when I took it to Audi for the engine, they said the engine is perfectly fine and it just needed a new intake manifold which only cost me 800 dollars. Do not go to this shop he will just rip you off. As far as I can see he has tried this little rip off method on a bunch of people as you can see in the reviews. This guy just wants your money and he will not do the work either. He will mess up your car worse then you brought it in. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with this scum

Top 3 characteristics of a good mechanic are honesty, competency, and a competitive price. This shop has it all. I called to check availability, pulled in 5 min later, and i was driving away repaired 45 min later - $21.75. That morning my Jeep wouldn't start. AAA narrowed it down to starter wires. This guy could have told me I needed new wires and given me a bill of $200. I would have paid it because i had to get back to Indianapolis - three hours away. He cleaned up the wire connections, checked the relays and fuses, tightened everything down, and sent me on my way. Seriously could have taken advantage of my perilous situation. Instead he did the right thing.

Needed to take my daughters car to a repair shop nearby and found JD on the internet on a Saturday morning. He wasn't able to look at it Saturday but assured me he would get back to me on Monday. Took my daughter's car there to get a second opinion for road noise. She was quoted $1200 from NTB for one of the rear brakes! JD checked the car out, and nothing was wrong with the car. The noise was coming from the tires. She had gotten new all-weather tires at NTB. I have used him before but now I will go see him first.

Called in on Saturday, was told that I could have my car fixed on Monday. Came in Monday, dropped car off and ubered back home. As soon as I pulled into the drive way, i was contacted and told that my part would not be in until the next day. No apology, no compensation offer. No nothing. Now, i am searching for a new company to do the work. Not sure about the quality of the company's work so I wont give them 1 * but definitely bad business.
