Very customer friendly and quick. I drove up from Louisville for the weekend and realized my headlights were too low. Although a tire shop, Munich aligned my headlights quickly. *Reduced from 2 stars to 1 after talking to customer service. They would not honor price match guarantee.* Replaced 4 tires. Cost was $180 higher than initial quote. Technician broke one of my center caps and didn't say anything. I checked the pressure in the new tires when I got home: 33, 38, 40, and 43 PSI. I'm not impressed.

Called and got a price for tires. Got an appointment today. Don’t I get here and now they claim they don’t have the tires they quoted but they do have some more expensive ones that they can put on today. Otherwise, I’d have to wait until tomorrow. I resolved the problem to my satisfaction but I really don’t appreciate the attempted bait and switch.

I’ve been going to this location for several years and this was the worst service I have received. The day I made an appointment for I was made to feel like I did something wrong when I showed up within the time frame I scheduled for and they were behind so I couldn’t get my services completed that day. When I came in a couple days later I was quoted a price much higher than it has typically been. When I asked about the price increase I was told “that is why there is new staff here” without any consideration about past experiences being overall better. Also the day after I noticed that my tires were all slightly lower than they should be and filled them all. Meaning that staff did not check tire pressure prior to me getting my vehicle. There was also not full inspection information but it said that one was done. In short I will be taking my vehicle to another shop in the future.

I purchased an alignment service through Groupon for this shop. When I arrived for my appt, I was told there was a separate rack fee for the alignment which was another 35 dollars or so. Pretty insane the machine used for the alignment wasn't included in the price for the alignment. To make matters worse, I noticed a few months later that my tires weren't wearing correctly. I called to see if they would warranty the service. The man on the phone told me they usually only warranty for 3 months (I was at about 4), but to bring it in and he would see what he could do. When I got there, his story changed to they only warranty for 30 days so I would have to pay again if it needed redone. He then supposedly checked it and said the alignment was perfectly fine and it was the tires fault. I then took it to another alignment shop who actually aligned it for a noticeable improvement. With the damage to my tires along with the wasted time and payment for alignment service, I easily lost 300 dollars going here.

The service itself was fine, and the mechanic was nice and informative. I dropped my car off and walked to a nearby place to wait and was told I’d receive a call, but I never did. I ended up calling myself and was told they meant to call me but got too busy and missed it. I also personally feel that $120 for an oil change, tax included, is a bit high.

Stay clear of these guys. Total rip off artists. Tried to sell my son on new TPS tire sensors after the Ashland location broke one during a repair a few days ago. Wanted to charge 130$ per tire on a 2018 ford eco sport. Just to replace the cheap sensors. Said it was all labor. What a joke!! Just another example of a shady company trying to take advantage of a college student. Terrible service and managers response to not support another Mr Tire location was we are independent and can’t fix the issue they caused. I will never use this chain again and honeslty nobody should. Total scammers. Please don’t support these guys! Follow up - they never reached out to make it right. It’s just another lie to try to make the review less damaging. Even further evidence they care nothing about the outcome of a bad service and even lie about doing the right thing. I hope people read this and don’t make the mistake I did.

I found the tires that I was looking for on sale online, so I stopped by my local Mr. Tire shop to confirm the tires, the work and my appointment time. They were able to work me into their schedule and installed the 4 new tires that same afternoon. I think I got good technical advice and wasn’t talked into anything I didn’t want. The young guy at the counter was not as businesslike or professional as I’m used to though. When the work was completed, he tried to rush me to sign before reading the final paperwork. I didn’t the appreciate the clerk’s attitude, but the older technician was very up front and personable about the transaction. I’m kind of thinking the young clerk just wasn’t trained very well, as he seemed more of an overworked paper pusher, who needs more customer training. Overall, I’m satisfied with my tire purchase and after reading the printout’s fine print, I happily noticed that I got lifetime balancing and lifetime rotation with the set of tires (which the clerk never pointed out to me). Typically, the employees should point out the all the benefits of the purchase to a customer. Always best to deal with local people in person.

Came in to replace a flat tire with the spare on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Called ahead and was told no appointment needed. At the shop I was quoted $40, which already seemed high, but I agreed. After only 20 minutes, they called and suddenly changed the price to $450, claiming the lug nuts might break. Completely absurd and unprofessional. I told them to stop. When I picked up my car, the tire had zero air. They refused to even inflate it, saying they were closing. I was left stranded and had to call a friend with a battery compressor. Terrible service and dishonest practices.

Really friendly staff. Decent Communication, although little in the way of what i might consider ’comprehensive’ alternative recommendations for my initial, out of stock, choice tire. I did notice a little marring on the lip of the wheel caused by their multiple attempts to seat the bead, which is a bummer but the aftermarket wheels i have are pretty wide. so i am giving them grace for this barely noticeable blemish, that has zero impact on the wheels ability to hold air. Product availability online at the website does not reflect product availability in reality. where the site says a tire is available and the store has to call to inform me that the tire is in fact discontinued and there is no stock available at any of his area warehouses. but the store can’t control the website, they do their jobs and did so just fine. the IT squints in cargo pants and polos, they could update their code, or whatever.
