I love all the staff here! Very friendly! Came to get my car straight piped and it was not too long of a wait. I recommend this place for any exhaust needs. My bf brought his car in for rear muffler delete and it sounds great! They have chrome and black tips available. I'll be back again for future work

These guys here at Austin Exhaust are great, I needed an exhaust installed on my car asap so that my pregnant wife could use it, they got me in instantly and had it fixed in an hour and the price was fantastic. I have had some bad luck with exhaust shops in the past but after my experience with this shop I will be a life long customer and can recommend them enough. Fair and honest business

I took my GMC truck there to repair my exhaust system. Their work totally sucks. They jammed pipes together that don't really fit together and did the worst job of welding I ever saw. I totally wasted my money. I now have to go to a real shop to repair the horrible work they failed at. Don't waste your money with them.

Muffler Delete Price was cool but one of my tips are crooked when I asked them to fix it because it should have been the right the first time. They did t want to correct it and cut it back off... I'm just gonna get some other mufflers and get it done at another shop.. should never be an issue to fix your mistake as a company no matter how big or small that company is.. pride in work first

This used to be a great shop a few years back. Not any longer! Quality and professionalism down the tube. They don’t get it. They screwed me over and I was recommending them to 50-100 people a year. I own 2 shops but we don’t do exhaust. Sad that they don’t care anymore.

They were great at what they do. I work until early evening and no other shop would get me in. Austin's took my work on, did good welds, and did it all at the end of their working day. They had my vehicle in and out in 15-20 minutes and significantly restored the exhaust geometry. Their price was fair and reasonable.

Had a great experience here. The woman that works at the counter is such a sweet lady. Very attentive and helpful she even offered us drinks!!! What we had fixed didn’t take long and the wait was very short. It was very inexpensive for what kind of work was done which I would say went above and beyond!! Dont bring your car here they don’t do very good work only go to madder hatter muffler shop there the best in Columbus. Austin’s exhaust shouldn’t be in business that’s how bad the work was I have some pictures below of the work they did.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I am so grateful to Jesse at Austin Auto. As a young woman, I am always scared of being misled and taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair. My car was making a very concerning noise, and Jesse let me come under the car and showed me what was wrong (just a loose connection!!). He had it fixed in about 5 minutes from me handing over the keys, and didn’t charge a dime. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Austin Auto for any of my auto repair needs, they have earned my trust and all my future business!!!

Brought my 2020 mustang gt $40k+ to them with a borla atak catback exhaust system DESIGNED FOR MUSTANG GT 2020 (2.5k) Charged me 350, asked them how long it would and they said it would be a while. completed the job in an hour, and it looks like it. Ruined my $2500 exaust bring a junker not your valued vehicle. Rushed job, they cut pipes unnecessarily, they didn’t install the screws right, didn’t rehang all the wires, my active exhaust isn’t even working right now and the exhaust is leaking they couldn’t even weld properly. my brand new exhaust looks worst than the the old ones I took off. Not to mention they use another companies website on their account so when you look for reviews it’s actually a quality exhaust shop down the street from them. Save yourself the trouble. They will owe me 3k+ lawyer fees when I’m done here. If they think this is good work on a 40k+ vehicle, THEY ARE NUTS!
