They was not very helpful and cut the conversation short and quick when I told them the year, make, and model of my vehicle and what issue I was having. I simply wanted them to do a diagnostic, and I wasn't asking them to repair anything. They did one for a friend of mine with no problem, and that's why I called. I know better now.
