the mexican guy hung up the phone on me in the middle of me asking a question. i think that is very disrespectful he didnt even care to say he didnt know the answer. i asked “ why cant you guys replace my 2012 chevy cruize ? is it something towards the car “ i couldnt even completely finish my sentence to him. he hung up on me and when i called back i asked for a manager and he said there are NONE on shift. where is the professionalism and TERRIBLE customer service.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago
