I want to preface my review: This is not a paid review, I am not an employee or former employee, nor am I acquainted with anyone here. I cannot overstate the professionalism, respect, care, and attention I was shown. I had an 8am appointment, and when I arrived there were a handful of other people waiting for the doors to open. Once we all got in, there were two service managers who, even though there was a full line of people, never made me feel like I was just a person they needed to get through. Brad took the time to ask me questions about what I was experiencing with my vehicle, he walked me through what the process was, and he took the time to answer my questions. Not only that, when I asked for clarity, he patiently and kindly provided more information. Before I left my keys, I was told what the price would be and he double-checked that I didn't have any outstanding questions. This was all while there were other customers waiting behind me. I would say I hope all the other customers got the treatment I had, but I know they did. Later in the afternoon I was sent a report on my vehicle which clearly outlined, with service notes, all the items the team discovered or were working on. 5 minutes after getting the report, I received a call from the shop who walked me through what the report was detailing. When I asked about some items and if they needed worked on, I was actually given the advice that it was not necessary to pay for that specific work. I want to underline this: I was willing to pay for a repair, but was advised not to because it wasn't needed. The team really cared about what was best for me, not making a quick buck. I went to pick up my car, I was again treated with respect and the final bill was exactly to the penny what I was quoted. Then, as a final example of being exemplary, the drove my car up to the door for me and READJUSTED my seat for me. None of that was necessary, but the fact they considered to do it was beyond expectations. To whoever is reading this: You probably work hard for your money. It sucks to pay for repairs and have car troubles. Do yourself a favor, take it to Luke's Auto Repair. You will be treated like your business matters, but more importantly, treated like YOU matter.

I had come here for an oil change unaware that the price had changed and I needed one of their flyer codes to get a discount. The person in front of me at checkout also forgot their coupon and they got hooked up with the discount. When I got up, they had run out of spare codes and I paid full price, I was pretty upset. I let them know in the feedback survey they send. The service manager Josh called me right away to get ontop of the situation. He apologized for the issue and said when I came back he'd put it on the house for my next oil change, which he honored when I came back this past week. He also recommended me some options for other things my car needs done that might be better for me. They are honest and transparent over here, I'll be back for sure.

These guys saved me 9 grand after an official Toyota Dealer gave me a completely bogus quote on a leaky roof repair after Luke’s Auto uncovered a manufacturing warranty that was not publicly marketed by Toyota. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Consummate professionals, polite and transparent the whole way. Cost to repair my car went from $9,000 to free after a visit here. During an oil change, a deep scratch was made in the steering wheel. Once they were made aware, they immediately made plans to follow up to rectify the issue. They went out of their way to make sure that things were right and repair the scratch. The scratch is now repaired and looks as good as new, I could not be more happy with the service and care that they put into fixing the issue. Love this shop, and will be using them for all servicing of our two cars into the future.

I rarely give 5 stars. For any service, however, after using Luke's multiple times felt it was greatly deserved. The gentlemen at Luke's provided quick and professional service. Since I had to leave my car and didn't have a way home they provided transportation from and back to the shop. Pricing was fair, work completed timely and car runs excellent.

Quality and honesty are the pillars of which Luke's Auto operates and functions on. If you want your car fixed right, take it here and they will do that for you. You can also usually get a loaner car to borrow as well while yours is in the shop. The only issue I have is the price. They are definitely more expensive than most shops, but it comes with a very hard to find 5 year warranty. Still, it is a 5 star review from me.

Luke’s Auto Repair has been a great experience.I felt respected and valued as a customer. The communication was professional and friendly. They tell you what the issue is and what are recommended repairs for the future. Josh was really kind and a blessing to me especially with my repairs taking place during the holidays. Something I will never forget. I was also given a LYFT to and from work, which was kind. After getting my repairs done, the next day I choose to get some additional repairs done. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, and this allowed me to continue my life as normal. The over professional experience and focus on customer satisfaction is the reason I will continue to take my cars here for any future repairs.
