If I could rate them less the a one star I would. About a year ago, I had taken my car in for an oil change and to get a noise in the rear of my vehicle diagnosed. After the oil change and the diagnosis was complete, they called me with the information. They explained that both my rear wheel bearings and rear differential needed to be replaced, for which they quoted me nearly $5000. While on the phone, I tried asking a few questions about the diagnoses, as I do a lot of my own work on my vehicles. The rep on the phone said that we could discuss the details when I came in to pick up my car. When I arrived to pick up the car, a different gentleman addressed me, and my original rep walked to the back. I started asking the new rep the same questions, and he said that I would need to talk to the original rep, but that he was currently busy. I paid for my oil change and left. So, for over a year, we had not been driving the vehicle that much and were trying to decide what we wanted to do, as we only paid about $6000 for the vehicle. Recently, I met a gentleman who is a mobile mechanic on the side, and had him take a look at the car. He said that he was almost certain that there was no issue with my rear differential and that the wheel bearings were the culprit. He allowed me to buy my own parts, which cost $180, and he installed them for $300. What do you know, noise gone, problem solved. Nearly $3800 of the quote from Luke's was for a new differential. They thought they could take complete advantage of me, and when I had questions for them, they did not want to answer, as they knew they were trying to rip me off. Please be knowledgeable about car repair/maintenance before using this shop.

Luke’s auto has been an exceptional experience for me. After shopping around different garages they not only have amazing rates but have exceptional service as well. At the end of the appointment they gave me a summary of all things recommended to fix/replace and then things that required immediate attention. They don’t try to upsell or get you to buy unneeded services. A definite recommend on my end.

I own 2018 jeep Sahara unlimited and don't like having check engine lights on. I been taking my jeep to Luke's for the last 2 + years now. They know their way around a jeep. Price is fair, but most importantly, they can be trusted. The loaner program is also really great. Jeepers approved.

I’ve been to about 3-4 shops in Columbus and so far Luke’s has been the most fair. They help work with you and give you priorities instead of gas lighting you into trying to fix everything at once. Samuel’s been my advisor and he’s solid and answers asap whenever I have a question and is very knowledgeable.

Luke's Auto employees are always courteous and friendly. It was recommended I replace both sides of calipers, rotors and pads. I approved only 1 side. After the work was completed, it was found the other side also needed repair. They replaced on their own time and covered the costs. This is a true show that they CARE about their customers. 6 out of 5 stars!

Luke's has gotten me in the next day twice in the last few months when I really needed it. In both cases they were diagnosing electrucal issues related to towing. Not an easy task, yet they were successful and I had the truck fixed the same day both times. Luke's set the bar for auto service. Efficient in every aspect, they offer free loaner cars or Uber rides. The mechanics are top notch and I and appreciate the great detail they provide. Most importantly. I trust them.

I made business with these people and was such a great experience, repaired a lot of stuff and the price was very reasonable, I had a bad pressure sensor in one of my tires and I asked them to replace that one, but they replaced all four, probably they misunderstood, when I was paying I felt that the price was not right, when we checked was that they replaced 4 sensors instead of 1. They just discounted the 3 sensors that they put on my car by mistake and dropped the price around $200 bucks. That was amazing, all label and parts came with 5 years warranty. They also offer complimentary uber service, to send you back home and from your place to the shop to pick up your car. Definitely impress with their service and professionalism.

Having some recent issues with our local Dealers, we decided to seek a 2nd opinion. Luke’s stated they don’t charge for 2nd opinions, so we gave them a try. I have to say, they seem very honest, thorough and seem to actually care about their customers. Decided to have them perform a pretty major repair on our truck. They were not cheaper than the Dealer, and I didn’t need the 5 yr. warranty, so they met the dealer’s price. They did a great job and kept me informed thru the entire process. They weren’t able to meet a Dealer’s quote on the replacement of 1 item, and even suggested I have the Dealer do that, if they really can replace it for that price. Well, a couple weeks later, after the dealer repair, we had another issue crop up. Instead of the Dealers, we went to Luke’s again. Had them fix the recent issue and another that had been going on for a while. They also noted some issues on the dealer replaced item. Well, finally, after almost a year of dealer issues, our truck is fixed and everything seems to be good. Luke’s has earned our business going forward. Want to give a special shout out to Joel. He was fantastic! Thank you!

I tried Luke’s for the first time, after hearing recommendations from friends and neighbors. My first experience - brake job on our ‘16 Beetle - was exemplary. Rob was great to work with from the very start, with practical suggestions for the initial evaluation and possible diagnostics. Took my car to Luke's and within the day they were able to pin point the issue and fix it. Excellent service. *** Beware*** tried to sell my friend brakes all the way around her vehicle quoted over $1000. I replaced the front rotors and pads for under $400 (parts & labor)and the rear brakes had atleast half the pad life left. Luke’s is another shop out for sales instead of caring about the customer.
