This Firestone worked so so hard to make sure I wasn’t left out in the cold/without a car. Was in really desperate need of a battery replacement and they were able to complete it very kindly and quickly. I found a screw in my tire right before the big snow was due to hit. My poor tire was on 6psi and I knew this couldn't wait til next week. I called around several stores looking for who could patch me on short notice. Only Firestone said they could take me, but the also advised about the time wait. When I dropped my car off the associates reminded me that I had a warranty on the tire, since I picked it up there few years back! I had totally forgotten and was ready to pay for the repair. After a few hours I picked up my car and was reminded about factory recommended maintenance which I had already resolved. Super helpful team members here.

I came into Firestone pretty stressed and frustrated about my car issues, and the team there completely turned the experience around. They were professional, patient, and took the time to really explain what was going on instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated how honest and diligent they were with their work they made sure I didn’t pay for anything I didn’t actually need. Even though I was upset walking in, they handled everything with care and professionalism and made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that prioritizes integrity and customer trust the way they do. I’d absolutely recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward service. Had a very good experience at this location. Brought our car to this location to repair a tire, and for an oil change. When I called ahead, they warned me that they were backed up, and they gave me a realistic expectation of how long the work would take. I dropped off the car Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm, and it was ready for pickup Monday around 8am. They didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs, they fixed what I asked them to. They charged me a fair price, $120 in total ($30 for tire repair, and $80 ish for a full synthetic oil change+ tax) The staff at this location are really nice. A gentleman named Alex helped me when I picked the car up, and he was kind enough to offer a discount on the oil change (maybe because the wait time was longer than usual?) I’d recommend this location to anyone in downtown Columbus. Going to the mechanic for anything is always stressful and a pain in the butt, but this experience was as pleasant as going to the mechanic can be.

I found myself with a flat tire when I woke at my hotel in Columbus. The staff at the Goodyear near your store was so rude and unwilling to help...you see I didn't plan my flat tire with an appointment. The staff at Firestone was excellent. They were busy too. But they gave me a timeframe that was reasonable to work me in and completed it within that time. And for a reasonable price.

Great experience, Alex was very personable on the phone and they took great care in telling me all the things they'd recommend, although I couldn't afford the heaping number of things that would have been I got the necessities done and was very pleased. They replaced my battery and put new breaks and rotors on. They got the car at 8am and were done by 12:30 so I was able to get my car back sooner than I expected. Thanks again guys!

08/01/2025 - First time visiting this Firestone located near the Arena District and was impressed with their service. I made an online appointment for 7:30 am and the services I requested was completed in about 2 hours. I requested for emergency break light changes and brake fluid change. The manager Paul informed me they needed to get the bulbs and kept communicating with me periodically. I waited in the facility. Complimentary coffee, water, and candy available. The other staff members were courteous. Wait time may vary depending on appointment and walk-in requested services. Prices contingent on your requested service.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years and my last service may likely be my last. Took our Volvo in for a routine oil change and alignment - no biggie. The shop asst. manager called to let me know that the battery terminals were corroded and should be cleaned for $15.99. I thanked him for letting me know but that I have a battery terminal cleaner tool at home and more than capable of doing it on my own. I picked up our car, came straight home and in the garage popped the hood only to find that the terminals were pristine! Like new without any corrosion! In part this is because Volvos have the battery in a secure, covered compartment. I cannot believe that they tried to upsell me on such a simple service. I completed their follow up survey and included pics of the terminals and have received no response from Firestone. This is the type of reason why people are adverse to 'service recommendations' from a shop like this. So disappointing.
