Would not reccomend this shop if your vehicle has a wrap ...had a fender bender my car was wrapped purple .. they intially were having trouble matching the wrap and were only trying to wrap the areas that were damaged but the wrap had blemishes on the other side and i didnt think that would look right ..so i told them if your gonna do that remove the rest of the wrap and give me my car back white ..said they were gonna look at options and get back to me..they got back with me and said they were gonna wrap the whole car .. they didnt wrap the car and charged an additional 2700 dollars ..im a bit lost how the sheet has charges for re wrapping but it wasnt done also charges for lights that i already had for the car ..customer service wasnt bad they were nice and friendly but if your car is custom at all id steer clear ...the body work was good to ..just the extra charges and the whole wrap fiasco wasnt good They also put the wrong mirror on my car that has the blind spot light but my car doesnt have the blind spot feature

AVOID!!!! Took my car here to get my driver side door and mirror repaired after a hit and run. They claimed to repair everything but then my insurance company called a few months later saying they audited the shop and my car needed to be inspected again. So I took my car to a different shop and they discovered that nothing was fixed correctly and they billed for services and repairs that they never completed. Thankfully my insurance company covered the new repairs but they claimed that there are multiple customers who were overbilled and falsely charged which would not have been caught if not for the insurance company audit. Don’t get scammed, avoid this place.

Customer Service was great. However. prior to me dropping my car off due to damage from a recent accident, which my car is only a year old, I just recently had my car detailed, once repairs were completed and ready for pick up, my car was returned to me extremely dirty, dirt and dust on the front mats, doors, dash boards, tires and inside door frames. My husband and I had to spend more time and money cleaning my car since once we returned home, your shop was closed. I called the very next morning, your company did apologized and offered to send me a check ($275) to have my car detailed again. However, I never received the check. I will call or visit this shop again soon to find out as to why this check wasn’t received.

The folks who work here are the absolute BEST! They were so patient and forgiving and helpful throughout one of the most stressful times in my life. After a prolonged mess of a process with my insurance company, they completed their work quickly (even quicker than their estimate!) and efficiently. I took my Mercedes C300 here due to someone backing into my car. Their insurance covered everything but I was still nervous to have a new shop working on my car. CARSTAR ended up doing an amazing job! Their customer service was a 10/10! The ladies at the front desk and the estimator were so nice and sweet! I will say I didn’t get much communication when my car would be done, but I didn’t mind because I had a nice rental I was driving. But otherwise everything was great! Before and after photos posted.

They did a fantastic job. It's not just as good as it was, it's possibly better. The technician was super helpful, walked me through everything that was supposed to happen, eventually walked me through all of the things that happened, and was just an all-around good dude.
