if your a woman, just prepare to be finessed! Asked for a used tire, he said he didn’t have my size, super common size btw. He tried to sell me a new 25545r17summit tire for $130 bucks…after i wouldn’t go for it he went down to $110. Still sounded crazy to me so i googled it, the tire $66 at walmart😒 that’s $50+ in labor for one tire change. Cancelled it went with a used tire similar size for $60 bucks. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else if your a woman, gay or any other thing than a cishet man.

Rudy and Si helped me repair a tire with a screw in it and the valve stem core was also leaking. For $15 and in 10 minutes I was in and out. I have been to dozens of tire repair shops over my 30 years of driving and Katz is the best experience I've ever had. Hands down!

I love Katz tires, prices are usually pretty good & they do work with you that’s why I gave three stars, but don’t think you’re going to get $1,000 tires for $400, IJS. The guys are cool & service is quick & definitely a place to go when your in a pinch. Anyway I got a nice used tire because mine was not repairable (I was going to get a set of tires later before winter sat in) but in the misted of him changing my tire I don’t know if he broke it or he knocked it loose but the notification about the tire air pressure monitor which intern I believe it’s called the sensor. I was NOT MAD OR UPSET but he could have at least told me he did something to it. The light & notification came on when I got down the road & they were closing when I left. I didn’t even call on Saturday because I felt nothing would’ve happened anyway I didn’t want to waste my time. However nothing else was wrong with my SUV. I’ll still give them business but I’ll stand there while they are working on my vehicle from now on.

We blew a tire while heading to visit CoSi from Canton. I asked my friends in town where we should go and they suggested Katz. I called, they confirmed they had the tire, and when we showed up the swap was fast and painless. $60 for a used tire is a very fair price, especially since they did the swap for us. We filled up the other 3 tires before we left. Everyone was fast and friendly.

I drove into Katz tires on E. Main st (downtown). The technician was very prompt and courteous. He had the 2 used tires mounted in no time. I paid by card but was unable to leave a tip on the card. Fantastic service all around from the front counter down to the worker installing the tires. Super friendly and super fair priced. To top it all off, they were so fast and all they used were jack stands and a guy working in the freezing cold ! Big props to the employees they do an outstanding job. Went in looking for a couple of good used tires, they only had a set of 4 matching used ones in the size I needed at the time. They were asking for $250 total installed for the set of 4 used. In the end, I opted to just go ahead and buy 2 brand new for the same price of $250 instead. Transaction was easy. Tire choices and prices are very reasonable. Shopping, Mount, balance and tire install only took 25 minutes from time I walked in their garage to me driving away! The manager and both guys doing the installation were all friendly and helpful.
