My Fusion was badly hail- damaged. Bob looked the car over and explained to me all that was going to be done to repair it (and I’m rather picky) and how long it would take. Upon arrival to pick up the finished car, the car was beautifully repaired and painted. The paint is a perfect match. I’m impressed enough that I’m taking it back to have some other work done on it by them!

I can't recommend Kraft Body Shop highly enough! After a stressful accident, I was worried about the damage to my car and finding a reputable repair shop. Thankfully, I chose Kraft Body Shop, and they turned what could have been a nightmare into a surprisingly smooth experience. My civic hatchback is currently in the shop at Kraft's awaiting parts. Every single step of the way Mr. Kraft has been SO helpful, friendly, honest, and down to earth. I've had to call/come in to the shop a few times throughout the insurance process and although I know they are insanely busy, he never makes me feel rushed and he takes the time to answer all my questions. I walk away from every conversation with more knowledge than I had before- seriously, this man is a wealth of knowledge. They have been SO accommodating. I called today with questions about what would happen with some aftermarket modifications that have been impacted by my accident and Mr. Kraft already had a plan for them. He had already noticed that my Rally Armour mud flaps had weird mounting brackets and spacers (and my car isn't even torn down yet.) He's allowing me to take the hood while they're doing body work so that I can still complete my winter vinyl wrapping project. Obviously, having my car totally wrecked and being without it for weeks is a really stressful experience- but I fully trust Kraft and his team will do thorough work to get her back to the way she was before. Thank you for taking care of me and my car (Aiko)! I already can't wait to post another glowing review when all of this is done. My car is my lifeline. I'm lucky to have found somewhere that values my vehicle like they value their own. Also, I wanted to add that Mr. Kraft had my car towed from my house to the shop within 2 hours of our first conversation because he knew that if he left it in the insurance company's hands that it would take who knows how long. He had a detailed estimate put together in a very reasonable amount of time even with it being right between christmas and new year's. He went over the estimate with me in person and showed me the areas on my car that they would repair and talked me through the whole repair process and timeline. It's very clear in how he talks about his work that the safety of his customers post-repair is his top priority- not just fixing the car itself. My insurance company has communicated nothing with me, this dude has done all the legwork. I'm SO lucky to have found Kraft's!!!!!!

My 2017 F-150 was crashed into on July 1. There was a lot of damage to the passenger side bed and rear door. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find a shop that has the necessary equipment to repair the aluminum body! I guess there's a VERY expensive rivet gun needed to do some of the repairs needed, and it's not worth the investment for some shops. I worked with the claims adjuster, and he recommended Kraft's, even though it was a little further away. I'm SO HAPPY he did recommend them!! The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Some of the parts were backorder for a couple months, and Mr. Kraft provided regular updates for when the parts would be in, and he managed to squeeze my truck into their busy schedule once the parts did arrive since I had to wait so long. The work they did is absolutely perfect! You can't even tell it was in an accident, it looks just like new!! They really take pride in their work. If I ever need body repairs again in the future, I'd go back there again without hesitation!!!!

Krafts is an amazing mom-and-pop shop. Honestly and excellently priced. Quoted me 1/2 what other shops quoted and walked me through the process. They accommodated my vacation schedule and finished the car despite the work taking place over holidays. They also gave the car a full detail interior and exterior upon return which was a welcome surprise. Additionally, they checked the exhaust system for issues when I voiced concerns for no extra cost. Kraft does quality work! They are honest and fair. They fixed my front bumper twice (1st time a shredded truck tire hit my van, and a week later, a few days before my appointment, a groundhog decided to calmly walk onto 270. 2nd time, about 2 years later, a large, orange barrel construction cone came flying sideways down 270 and struck the same spot *face palm*). Both times they fixed up 'ol Roxanne and cleaned her up real nice. Replacement bumper both times looked great, as if nothing happened, nothing askew or off-color. They also work in conjunction with a nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and I was able to drop off my rental in Kraft's lot and drive away in my van, which was UBER helpful and time-saving. So glad I found them!

Work was carried out on schedule, and on inspection I saw they had missed replacing a component Bob accepted the mistake quickly and had it rectified quickly.
